Peacefully allow the State of Wisconsin to supersede the Federal Government of the United States.
Whereas:
The State of Wisconsin has had the motto 'Forward' since 1848, and
it has lived up to this motto by example, particularly in areas regarding labor reform, and
it has the people, resources, waterways, manufacturing capabilities, and educational institutions necessary to teach the rest of the nation how to get things done, and
it is obvious that Washington D.C. is collapsing both physically and morally,
the people of Wisconsin hereby request the Federal Government of the United States to cede all moral, fiscal, and governmental authority to the people of the State of Wisconsin, and let us take it from here.

That is beyond dumb. The federal government doesn't
have authority to cede to Wisconsin.
Wisconsin ceded it when it joined the union.
All Wisconsin needs to do is take the power back by leaving.
Unless some Representative AND Senator starts the process to introduce bills to effectively dissolve the government created by the Constitution via interstate compact, or State Legislatures begin passing resolutions of secession from the Articles of Confederation, this is all noise.
Just trying to jump on
the bandwagon...

I definitely agree with you on this.
I think the petitions are good for morale and to get an idea of how many may be on board, but they are not legitimate. Stuff like this is a state endeavour, not fed.
