The Neocons in Clark County NV are very upset that Romney lost and an insider leak is saying how they will be flooding tomorrow's meeting with their people in an attempt to vote out all of the Ron Paul supporters that were recently voted into the leadership. Needed are as many Ron Paul supporters to show up and vote...
Silverton Hotel Casino Veil Pavilian at I-15/Blue Diamond Rd. Las Vegas
All guests and newcomers are welcome to attend. You may apply to become a voting member as long as you're a county registered republican. This is how we enact change in the system by attending the meetings and demanding that the party follow constitutional principals. Romney and the neocons, many believe, don't represent these ideas and therefore shouldn't be running the party. Please help keep the torch of liberty burning in Clark County as your help is very much needed. Here are some words from Carl Bunce, our Nevada Ron Paul 2012 Campaign Chair, about tomorrow's meeting:
"After last weeks election many people are talking about heading for the hills and saying that our Constitutional Republic has met its end with the re-election of Barack Obama. I say to these people where have you been; our liberties have been under attack for decades from every direction, this recent election has changed nothing. Secondly, I say you must have been listening to something I have been saying for the past five years, because you said Constitutional Republic. Nice!
It is our time to lead and expose the actions of big government across the board no matter the party affiliation or level of government, we must continue to educate our neighbors on how to restore our liberties. I have talked with many people over this past week about the next steps and I want to relay that same message to you now. Our work has just begun within the ranks of the Republican party, it has been burned to the ground by the corrupt leadership and highly paid consultants. It is time to put grassroots work into rebuilding the organization with our message of Liberty, but without your input, efforts, and presence the Liberty movement will fall short.
What can we do in the short term? There were victories last week for Liberty, not for any party or special interest group but for people, with the nullification of abusive and costly prohibition laws in Colorado and Washington. They still have much work to fight off the Federal Government thugs from trampling on their state rights, but people are finally beginning to see that individuals have the right to their own lives and the government is not their keeper and protector. This is a promising development that is growing and we need to capitalize on it in Nevada and across this nation to nullify other abusive laws, regulations, and executive orders. If we do not step up and educate others about the proper course to return to freedom, prosperity, and wealth; who will?
I have invested years of my life in political activism, with the end goal of eliminating the Federal Income Tax and returning the profit of production to the people who create it. This will take some time and much effort, but that is my goal. What are you invested in? Will you work with myself and others to roll back the layers of abuse and control in our lives? Starting locally is the best way to bring about the changes we want. The Clark County Republican Party meeting on November 14th, is one of the next steps in the perpetual fight for Liberty. The short-term goal for the leadership and membership of CCRP is to work towards victories in local municipal elections in early 2013 and work to elect Liberty-minded individuals to state office in 2014. This will not happen without our continued political engagement.
Please attend the CCRCC meeting on Wednesday, at the Silverton Hotel and Casino in the Veil Pavilion. Check-in starts at 6:00 PM and the meeting starts promptly at 7:00 PM. There are several elections for party offices taking place and your support is needed."
