ahem, note the quote I have had from day one on the DP. :)
Now, all self aggrandizing aside, this speech is the best I have heard. I don't mean just in Ron Paul standards either. I am saying right up there with greats. Why? Because he is speaking the plain simple truth w/a genuine love and concern for his fellow man. Let's honor the memory of his service and do the same.
If we can do that, then we can say w/sincerity, "Let it not be said that we did nothing."

My sincere thanks to Congressman Paul for his service.
I sanctioned and supported this man for president.
I sanctioned no other.
There simply IS NO COMPARABLE voice in elected office today.
On the contrary, the Congress is filled with looters, hypocrites, war-mongers and big-government parasites.
Surely they are salivating at the thought of Ron Paul leaving office.
But the congress reflects the will of the people - most of who are too ignorant to know a good candidate from a bad one.
The bulk of the nation grew up under a federally run school system designed to dumb-down the youth and turn them into big-government supporters (and dependents).
It's a sad day and even with this great speech, most in government don't want to hear it.
Indeed most if not all, won't even take the time to listen to him.
So farewell Dr. Paul.
I truly hope you stay in the public spotlight to try to continue teaching the sheeples, though sadly, most of your words fall on deaf ears.

America's prophet
I feel like I just heard a prophet, all his previous predictions have always come true. One sad thing is that those who need to understand what he just said will not have a clue. They are too immoral and wrapped up into their own selfish lives to pay attention long enough to understand what's going on around them.
GOD always send his prophets prior to judgment, which looks like its looming on the near horizon. You have just heard a true prophet.

Shortly the best, most moral mind, full of wisdom will walk off the floor of the House for the last time. Don't try to follow his example Congress. You don't have what it takes and you will never see such an individual as Ron Paul again.

Ron Paul will be known for years to come as the great statesman who rekindled the idea of Liberty, just when we needed it.

It is my opinion that God gave the US 2 more chances to embrace Freedom and Liberty and to repent. Ron Paul a Godly man was sent to this nation as a blessing.Ron Paul has been rejected by the masses. Now I fear that the US will come under great judgement. We have murdered over 50 million babies, Homosexuality is viewed as normal, The dishonest seek positions in power to steal from their fellow countrymen. Millions are murdered by the sword around the world for absolutely nothing... just so defense contractors and and bankers can make billions. Prepare folks, the next few years are not going to be good. As soon as the dollar collapses, the people of this nation will see pain and suffering like they have never seen in this nation since it's founding. You had better start preparing for real hard times. Many won't live through it.
