I'm going to say it...

I'm going to say it, and I know that parts of this site seemed to be buzzing about Jesse Ventura in 2016. I won't get behind him. Just can't stomach it. I respect him and appreciate his contribution to the political process, but just can't do it. I know that will disappoint some of you.

Rand Paul? He may earn my respect over the next 4 years - he's probably going to stand up for some very unpopular things - like the Constitution. I know some of you are still mad at him for endorsing Romney, but I think he'll earn our respect. We shall see.

My favorite right now who I would love to see run is John Stossel. Andrew Napolitano would be a close second.

What do you guys think?

I love Stossel

but does he have the Speaking Persona/Charisma? I just have a hunch he wouldn't pass the vetting process.

Luv the Judge, he might be the funnest Prez ever, which might be a problem for him.

Stossel would be an excellent Press Sec

Judge would be a great VP or AG and work his way to Pres after a while.

Rand would be better off in an Admin as Sec of Something first

Someone like SC State Sen Tom Davis does a lot better at the podium in my opinion.

I think the GOP needs someone to come out of nowhere, but without the Palinesque baggage. Someone who can think on their feet and has a deep understanding of Liberty and the Constitution, which can overcome ANY unexpected media questions, like which papers do you read?

One day, I'm gonna' change my name to Dale Lee Paul

and Jesse

Could you imagine him as Prez? He'd probably be the 1st Prez in history to use the phrase 'F**k O*F in a State of the Union address.

I'd personally love it but way too many others wouldn't

One day, I'm gonna' change my name to Dale Lee Paul

I like any of the three

One thing I like about Jesse is that he wouldn't let sleeping dogs lie. If he was prez, perhaps we'd get a real 9/11 investigation.

2 Chron 7:13-14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Judge Napolitano is ...

Judge Napolitano is the only exception to my rule on voting. I will not vote for anyone that is or has ever been an attorney. They have too many ways to screw things up and have done so.

I think we better worry about

I think we better worry about the next four months, not whatever in four years..and the next four months. I think we need to continually strive to change people's ideas and thinking. The "revolution" needs to grow, not thoughts of who else we could support for president. Maybe some thoughts about liberty growing. Who should be Mayor in our cities, and who should be unseated, what being free really means, and the dastardlyness of socialism..

I agree...

Oh, I was just throwing out some names for president. I am definitely one who agrees that we should focus on local as much as possible. And I know many are burned out with election talk. I just hope the movement keeps growing.

Keep Judge Andrew Nap and John Stossel

I completely disagree we need to keep Judge Nap and John Stossel in the media realm. Rand Paul could use all the allies he may obtain. Once again the road from 2.1 million to 10 million is a steep mountain to climb.

speaking of which...

does anyone know how many votes the write in for Ron Paul movement got? I'm just curious to see how many the Constitutionalists, Libertarians, and Ron Paul write ins got combined. It is a steep mountain to climb, I agree.
