checkpoint, we go through them every time we go to texas and they just ask if we have anything to declare, and we say no and they wave us along.
Have you seen his other videos?
The checkpoints the he is going through have not been at any state border. They are just at certain points within the 100 mile constitution free zone.
Did they ever ask you if you were a citizen?

Manipulation does not equal
Manipulation does not equal confrontation.... Did you complain to his superior how you were not questioned at the check point??? Then condemn the whole process at the same time?
This is at least his 3rd checkpoint video.
In his first, he literally got beat up by the border patrol. In his second, he peacefully declined to comply, a superior officer was brought in and then finally had to let him go without getting him to answer if he was a citizen or not. This one is more for humors sake than anything.
