If true, this is the end of free elections in this country.

And further reason that those of us who choose to abstain from the rigged process should not be treated like we've committed treason.

The law cannot make a wicked person virtuous…God’s grace alone can accomplish such a thing.

Setting a good example is a far better way to spread ideals than through force of arms. Ron Paul

Keep posting about this!

I've brought it up here several times, no one even comments. All the plans to "takeover the GOP" will fail on this settlement. If you run GOP and are defrauded out of a victory, they CAN NOT do anything. Knowing how they feel about RP Republicans, THEY will defraud us at the ballot box if they can, knowing we have no recourse.

Love or fear? Choose again with every breath.

I agree

Possibly one of the most important articles I've seen on DP

I have emailed and texted and twittered and facebooked this to all the top GOP lawyers in my state asking to verify this article. What this means is the GOP has known for 30 years!!! Raising $$$ on the false pretense they can win, while knowing if it's close they won't!!!

"The Republican Party made an agreement 30 years ago with the Democrat Party NOT to ensure voting integrity and NOT to pursue suspected vote fraud."

This all goes back to a lawsuit 31 years ago, in 1981. The following is compiled from an account on The Judicial View, a legal website specializing in court decision research and alerts, and from “Democratic National Committee v Republican National Committee,” Case No. 09-4615.

In 1981, during the gubernatorial election in New Jersey (NJ), a lawsuit was brought against the RNC, the NJ Republican State Committee (RSC), and three individuals (John A. Kelly, Ronald Kaufman, and Alex Hurtado), accusing them of violating the Voting Rights Act of 1965 (VRA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 1971, 1973, and the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States.

I have no idea about the legitimacy of the article.

But if you think we have ever had legitimate elections, research how Lincoln won. Or research how Andrew Jackson almost lost, and the failed assassination attempts when he couldn't be thwarted in the election.

It has never been legitimate and has always been gamed.

It amazes me, that people think things are so different today from the past.

Democracy, and government period is nothing more than an attempt to legitimize aggressive force and theft. When you vote, you legitimize the process.

The Strategy to Reverse the Vote?

At the same site, this has been presented...I doubt it will happen. Would it even matter? The banks and corporations back both Demopublican/Republicrat parties.
