Video: Student Expelled for Refusing Location Tracking RFID Badge

School makes good on threat of ‘consequences’ for refusing to submit to ‘Mark of the Beast’ ID scheme

After months of protesting a policy requiring high school students to wear an RFID-enabled ID badge around their necks at all times, Andrea Hernandez is being involuntarily withdrawn from John Jay High School in San Antonio effective November 26th, according to a letter sent by the district that has now been made public.

The letter, sent on November 13, informs her father that the Smart ID program, which was phased in with the new school year, is now in “full implementation” and requires all students to comply by wearing the location-tracking badges

It's hard to homeschool

Homeschooling requires that an adult stay home with the child, which is unrealistic for many low-income families. Vouchers could help middle-class parents to homeschool their kids, but in reality, it would be hard for low-income families to pull it off.

I Agree // Bigger Problem

If we had vouchers (as a way point!) then there's a way out, but so long as the parents are being forced/taxed to pay for this option, they have a right to send their children there without the school keeping tabs on whether Andrea is in the bathroom. Think about it - that is an implication.

The bigger problem is that the children not protesting are probably less likely to balk if, as adults, the REAL ID act is implemented. They're being indoctrinated that Big Principal/Brother tracking you is fine in a "free" society. After all, we live in a "free" society, because their government-funded government class told them so!

Heather Fazio

has done incredible work concerning this issue. She has taken the fight to school boards and local governments. When she's not on the streets educating people or in town hall meetings calling out totalitarian administrators, you can find her in a storefront basement in Austin researching, blogging and answering phones for the TX LP. In a word, she's awesome.

"The rich man writes the book of laws the poor man must defend, but the highest laws are written on the hearts of honest men."

Who is the customer?

In a public school, the government is the customer. In a private school, the parents are the customer. Homeschooling is another option. I would do everything in my power to get my children out of public schools.

private schools

I know this is tough for many reasons but a grassroots community based and funded private schooling is needed.

There must plenty of vacant properties nearby to rent.

Public teachers/administrators should not have a monopoly on this teaching or whatever they want to call it today.

Parents should have the ultimate authority on the hiring and firing of teachers and some bloated boards.

To me

the real issue is all the same - private property is regulated and taxed. The rest is the consequence. If we had private schools without gov licenses and no big property taxes to support public schools, then any private school could require tracking divices as much as it wants. For example, if parents who pay for such a school want that.

But confusion is wide spread. Demanding individual liberty on public property is also favorite for Blue Republicans and Alex Jones populists who separate "civil rights" from private property rights.

Wrap those suckers

in foil when you are out of sight. Hah!

Read or Watch

Charlotte Iserbyte! No big surprise here. We are all raised to be "good little worker drones". Let your kids take online classes and home school if you can. Most people can't afford to stay home and teach their kids though. That's how they have it set up. I am sorry there weren't more folks at that protest! Where are all those activists from the 60's? Aren't they grandparents now?

Defamation of character lawsuit?

I wonder if this would be applicable. Anyone know?

It's Too Bad Most Americans Don't Home School Their Children

The public (government) school system conditions the mind to be obedient to the state, nothing more..

Get your kids out of these schools forthwith and home school them, even if you must eat bread and water for a few years.

Look at how Mr. Ben Swann turned out...

Most of the Founding Fathers were home schooled..

Just take them off

what are they going to do kick out everyone? well if they do them home school and the kids will be better off.

I agree ....

I totally agree with you and I would do that too if I were involved with this situation.

The problem rests in most people not wanting to "disobey" perceived authority.

And therein lies the problem. Too many people want to go along to get along and are willing to sacrifice Liberty to stave off confrontation with these people who are in positions of what people again perceive to be authority.

As far as i'm concerned, they have no credibility with me and I do NOT recognize their "authority". In fact, I denounce these "authority" figures for lack of such authority to even command something like this be followed.

Truth be told, the argument could go something like this:

-- Authority Figure says --
"Well, you go to the government school so you have to follow their rules"

To which I would reply:

"No problem, i will solve this issue by NO LONGER ATTENDING this hell hole!!! C ya!!!"

Get my drift. What ever made anyone believe we needed these pathetic institutions of mental destruction anyway... oh that's right, we were TOLD we needed them by those who WANT to mold our minds to a certain viewpoint.... which is exactly why we NEED to get rid of these disgusting institutions of brain dead curriculums!

The San Antonio school board should be chipped.

They are the problem, not just part of it. They are enabling the NWO.

Everyone at the school

should take their RFID's and put them in the school's microwaves, turn them on high for fifteen minutes and walk away...quickly. That should take care of the problem.

MICROWAVE solutuion

Only takes a few seconds to destroy.
Most people, I know, have done this to their passports which also have RFID's.

Fine, let her get her GED and

Fine, let her get her GED and stand up for her principles. This is NUTS!

I now feel very bad for not

I now feel very bad for not standing up sooner. I too am a student who goes to John Jay, and have been against these tracker IDs since before the school year started. SHAME ON ME for being too lazy to do a damn thing about it. Now, here's my promise: the 1st thing I will do when I get back from break is gather up as many kids who are wiling to help as possible, and then I will start staging mass protests outside the school, everyday. I will get everyone to refuse the cards, because there's power in numbers.

Wish me luck guys, I'm going to need it.

Let us know...

Keep us posted, I'm behind you 100%, as are many of the people here. If you need any advise or encouragement, all you have to do is ask. You are our future.

i wish you luck!

you just have to work hard to get to the tipping point and then the whole school will go with the flow and join you!!!

hopefully you are "popular" and won't have too much trouble getting the ball rolling

Hope you make a BIG wave. You might go talk to parents and get as many of them involved too. After all, THEY are the ones paying taxes!

I totally encourage you to do it!!!

Good Luck and DEFINITELY DO IT....

Screw them for even THINKING chipping is ok!!!

Also, I would suggest getting away from that hell hole as any place that would want to chip you is a place you DO NOT WANT TO BE nor should you be or attend in my opinion!

A few hits with a hammer should do it....

If it were me, I'd whack the school ID sharply with a hammer a few times just to make sure the chip is rendered nonfunctional.

Proclaim LIBERTY throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof

Child propaganda internment prisons called

Public school. FIrst they RFID your kids then they RFID you. No still my final answer.

I know where this school is....

Its in the southwest side of San Antonio. I'm surprised any parents had the fortitude to protest. This is a predoninantly low income hispanic neighborhood, which makes perfect sense. The school knows most of the parents are either too busy working or not educated enough to realize what an encroachment of their children's liberty this program is. I grew up in this type of neighborhood in Los Angeles, and I have a sister in law who lives one block away from this school. It is a rough area, with lots of gangbangers and junkies. I'm sure that when the parents heard that it was for their childrens safety they were pleased and never questioned the ridiculousness of this program. From personal experience I also know that hispanic officials can be some of the most corrupt around. This is where I grew up in L.A.

Someone sold these kids out. And they almost got away without a hitch. Except for one brave girl and her family.

This isTexas?

Home school laws are pretty lenient there. Perhaps if someone would send them a link to the HSLDA site, but... regardless of their beliefs, they may want to join as Texas, in spite of their home school laws, has a tendency to harass homeschoolers anyway, especially ones that leave the school.

Usually a call from HSLDA shuts them up and if not, they usually win against the state.

What a joke... SCHOOLING is NOT EDUCATION!!!!

People SHOULD stop sending their kids to public schools....

The school says you can't come unless you use the RFID chip. My advice would be DO NOT GO!!!

Do NOT Go with a chip... do not go without a chip...

Brainwashing public school systems need to be removed from our lives.

Kids DON'T need public brainwashing classes for the majority of the year!

And, people are already being treated like cattle, regardless of this chipping non-sense.

Schooling, the way we have it here in the US today, is DESTRUCTIVE to the minds of kids! If you want to RELEASE the creative capacity of a child, GET THEM OUT OF THESE BRAIN NUMBING PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEMS!!!

JUST SAY NO when it comes to government funded school systems! They ARE NOT in any of our best interest and in fact, destroy the creativity of our minds and create OBEDIENT subjects unto the State.

Plan as day.
