"When a Boy Scout told officials he’d been molested at a camp by Arthur Krigbaum in Weiser, no contact with police ever was documented. The boy’s scoutmaster also “insists the boy’s parents not be informed of this incident apparently for the boy’s own good,” according to Krigbaum’s file."
