TriHealth fires 150 employees for not getting flu shots

My guess is location to begin this chosen very carefully as to get bias judicial response. In other words to set the precedent. CINCINNATI —One of Cincinnati’s largest employers fired approximately 150 employees Wednesday for failing to get a required flu shot

TriHealth offered all of its 10,800 employees free flu shots. Employees had a month to get the flu shot. The deadline was Nov. 16. Employees who did not get the shot were terminated Wednesday, a company spokesperson said.

Employees who were terminated can appeal to be reinstated after receiving the shot. http://www.wlwt.com/news/local-news/cincinnati/TriHealth-fir... Documentation received from the National Coalition of Organized Women (NCOW) states that between 2009 and 2010 the mercury-laden combined flu vaccinations have increased Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting Systems (VAERS) fetal death reports by 4,250 percent in pregnant women. http://vactruth.com/2012/11/23/flu-shot-spikes-fetal-death/

I bet...

most of these people could give a personal testimonial of a loved one harmed by vaccinations that could be used for a great PR campaign against them.

lol. I imagine the company is

I imagine the company is either bluffing (and expects most of the 150 people to take the shot then apply for "reinstatement"), or else it was very low level/unskilled positions that it expects to refill soon.

I don't see why a company shouldn't be able to fire someone for not getting a shot, however. (as stupid as a decision as that might be)

Correct... then hold accountable in civil court!

NO IMMUNITY FOR CORPORATIONS ANYMORE! Especially when it concerns 'death shots'.

Fine, fire them. Then let a jury sort out the damages! 'We fired him because he would not voluntarily jump off the bridge to reduce our costs.'

+1 Companies should be able

Companies should be able to fire anyone for any reason, even race/sexual preference/etc... but that doesn't mean it isn't shitty if they do. I just wish we had a free market where our money could be used against them.

End The Fed!

The free market includes the backlash

Yeah a company can do what it wishes but it can also be subject to condemnation by the people.

They deserve all the backlash they are getting right now.

backlash as in bad PR,

backlash as in bad PR, boycotts, etc, sure.

but to claim that these people should sue or have any recourse to civil action is missing the whole point of this "liberty" thing.
