The Old Media is choosing our next President.

Dr. Paul's message of being a strict constitutionalist is being silenced. He's being blackballed by the media. I'm all for his message of peace and limited government but, to quote H. L. Mencken, “Every normal man must be tempted at times to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin to slit throats.” Some of these media people and the GOP leadership need to be roughed up a bit. Our Founding Fathers went to war over a 3% tax. What's it going to take for us to get off of our asses?

It's not because of his message
Look at Duncan Hunter. He's being almost totally ignored. And how about Alan Keyes? You never hear about him, but he's running for president too. It's about polling. If you want to get him on the news more, you have to raise his polling. "Roughing up" reporters is not going to do it. We're not going to go anywhere if blame everyone else but ourselves and the official campaign. So that's a good reason "to get off our asses."
I always look at Number 1
Number 1 isn't perfect however what the Old Media and the rest of the establishment is doing is criminal.

That's right. Paul isn't the only one.
It's Kucinich and Gravel too. I don't particularly like their messages but it's the principle of the thing. Government works for us and not the other way around. Media is supposed to be the unofficial 4th branch of government. Now all four branches are in bed together.
I don't want to hear anything about an Article V Convention. I like the system of government we have now. We just have to take it back starting with a strong message to the Old Media.

I remember somewhere, a poll that said 70%
of Americans want us out of Iraq, now. Where are those people? Has the media softened their views, now that they see Ron Paul is only one that is in tune with the majority? You would think this majority would result in votes. I've noticed the news isn't reporting much about Iraq lately, I'm sure they don't want Ron Paul to be able to use this to his advantage. When they do, it's all about the "Surge is Working".....don't tell that to the dozen killed this week. They may not appreciate it very much. I see the media is taking the "war issue" of the table by toning down all the reports. We all know that the media is controlled by those who profit from international warmongering........I just wish Joe SixPac, would wake up.

MSM Is The Evil Empire
As soon as all of you get it into your heads that the media is ran by the evil empire and we are a bunch of Jedis you'll understand that you must quit getting upset by running into their block walls.
Everyone needs a different outlet......boots on the ground, editorials in local papers, etc. The media will NEVER try to do Dr. Paul a service.
I trust the good doc.....I know he has a plan.....
so get over the media blackout.....it will get even darker..

Those who love and respect liberty also know that sometimes you have to fight for it. Our Founding Fathers did, but they weren't sitting on their asses in front of computers or TVs watching American Idol.
