Nation's New Top Cop!

A shocking video has emerged of a police officer who abides by the oath he swore to uphold the constitution by defending the free speech rights of activists who were targeted by airport officials during the opt out and film campaign.

Your Headlines now look like

The Lawrence Welk Show where at the end of a cheesy song Lawrence would say "WONERFUL,wonerful..wonerful" with his accent.I tried for 15 mins to find a clip and couldn't..search at your own risk in case you find one! The music was called "Champaign music"and bubbles would float through the air as the music played. The audience would be invited to the stage to dance..then Lawrence would tap on the man's shoulder to "cut in" He's take off swirling the guy's wife around putting the husband to shame. He could "cut a rug". This is one of the memories I have of sleeping over at Grandma's on a weekend.I believe it came on on Sat. night. At the age of 9 I knew it was LAME.

Spread the word officer Stan

Spread the word officer Stan Lenic is the epitome of an officer.

Saw This

on infowars and even posted that I thought it needed to be on DP. I would have posted it but don't know how to encrypt. I am glad it made it to the front page though! I am obviously not the only one that thought it should! There is also a great video of Adam K on the same page on infowars where the cops try to bully him and his reporter Derrick to no avail. http://www.infowars.com/shock-video-cop-protects-first-amend...

skippy

contact police department - SUPER IMPORTANT

lets all phone and email the police department to thank this guy for upholding the law. We need to give praise to encourage him to carry on the good work and inpsire other police officers. This is how we win hearts and minds to our movement.

Does anyone have contact details for the police station for Deputy Stan Lenick (pls correct spelling if wrong). THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT, if we can get pizza to rump convention car park, the least we can do is let his bosses know what a good job he is doing.

I would like to point out

I would like to point out that office WEIS deserves some recognition too, for his conduct and the way he handled his part.

Contact Info

Got this off infowars. The phone number of the department is (518) 487-5400. This is the kind of police we need in this country!! The Fax is (518)487-5037

Very well expressed, Betty.

9/11 gave rise to the Patriot Act, NDAA, Homeland Security, TSA, etc., etc. The truth about TSA has yet to be realized by the masses, as per Betty's statement, and is very appropriate when attending to the advancement of the public's awareness of TSA procedures.

Not only must the Republic be reinstated, but reasonable access to public properties, too, as per the Constitution. The feds hyjacked the airports, folks, after 9/11. Tyranny is the rule of law, regardless of the rules of the so-called "Airport Authority".

You wish to be safe, always? Then assume personal responsibility for yourself and your family, always.

A good video but cannot share because it mentions 9/11??! What?!

One of the primary differentiators between true Liberty lovers and posers of the Liberty movement is their explicit embrace of truth and rejection of isolationist thought. Forwarding this video is not an endorsement of 100% of it content, its quality or its "politics." You can make this point when forwarding and discussing it. It is an incredibly powerful video demonstrating the power of the People over Government and crony corporate control. Even if you believe the Government's conspiracy theory, in the name of Liberty find a way to communicate this video. Get the People to focus on what you are saying, that they might step back from knee-jerk government-induced emotional responses. Cowering in the fear of controversy is not a successful strategy to free the People from Government tyranny.

Rights belong to individuals, not groups; they derive from our nature and can neither be granted nor taken away by government. Ron Paul

What am I Missing?

I don't see what it is about this comment that is getting it down votes. What am I missing?

I love this

It's not that I love that the officer is biased towards the reporters (he's not), it's that I love that the officer is calm, rational, and non-violent.

It's so refreshing to see an officer say, "Okay, what's the issue?" - "I understand the issue, I want to work with both parties, following the law to the T." - "How can we solve this issue?"

Good video but...

Why does it have to be mixed in with the 9/11 conspiracy stuff. It makes me shudder when they mention that stuff in an otherwise good video. This isn't the first time I've seen a really good video by infowars that I wanted to share but couldn't because of the 9/11 conspiracy stuff. Such a shame.

The problem is you can't slam

The problem is you can't slam people over the head with everything at once, or they're gonna get turned off by something and ignore everything. So yes, a video like this needs to just stick on the friggin single focus of the TSA and Constitution, and I wish they would have edited out the 9/11 thing. What they had is narrow enough. And it can get through to people being that way. But if you throw in fluoride, or the Fed, or ANYTHING, you've just limited your audience.

BINGO!!!

This isn't the first time I've seen a really good video by infowars that I wanted to share but couldn't because of the 9/11 conspiracy stuff. Such a shame.

I couldn't seem to get that point across to "others" who think I am a "troll" on the DP!

Huh?

The 9/11 comment is a very minimal part of this video and everyone has a right to think what they want about that event.

"Once you become knowledgeable, you have an obligation to do something about it."- Ron Paul

It's a shame

that even with all the evidence, expert analyses, and thousands of expert, learned opinions - you still believe the official fairy tale. The real shame is that you have been 'made' ashamed of those seeking the truth behind the single most devastating event in our lifetimes.

When a true genius appears in the world, you may know him by this sign: that the dunces are all in confederacy against him. ~J. Swift

For me it is not a case of "believing the official fairy tale"

But I still shy away from the 9/11 truth movement (especially Infowars). It's not that I don't care, or I think the government didn't cover it up (of course they covered up there own incompetence) or that I am a sheep, I just feel a lot of the truth movement is not based in "seeking truth" but in confirming bias and paranoia.

When I first woke up a few years ago I got really into Infowars. I used to listen to Alex Jones daily and read Infowars religiously. I got sucked into the speculation and conspiracy theories.

I trusted the Infowarriors and as a result I got burned. Alex Jones (and consequently some of his followers) has a tendency to make very bold and confident accusations in areas he knows very little about. He knows just enough about medicine, for instance, to make claims that might seem plausible to a laymen because they fit into the narrative, but often his claims are blatantly dead-wrong. Science is often counter-intuitive and difficult to understand. It's easy to get fooled.

I still enjoy reading the 9/11 debates, though from what I have gathered it seems that the science supports the obvious explanation that the two planes brought down 3 towers. Is it mind-boggling? Yes. Are the circumstances surrounding the situation fish? Of course. Has the US government done extremely evil things that undermines their credibility? Absolutely without question. But we don't know. The official story, despite the plot holes and contradictions, has a lot more scientific evidence.

There are many things, however, that we do know, like the blatant follies of central banking, and the absurdity of the TSA. I see no reason to mix in uncertainty (the 9/11 conspiracies) with things that are EASILY demonstrated. (Yeah I know a lot of people claim the 9/11 conspiracy is easily demonstrated, but I disagree.) I don't see a reason to mix issues that are very uncertain and controversial with those in which the liberty position is rock-solid and backed by strong evidence.

Anyway sorry to ramble, but this is my 2 Bernankes on the 9/11 issue.

"...my two Bernankes...."

"...my two Bernankes...." LOL.

I'm stealing that!

If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.

Awesome Deputy Sheriff!

You are the MAN!

In Liberty

I have alot of respect

I have alot of respect overall for sheriffs offices. First off the Sheriff answers more to the people, because he is elected. Cops are more than gun toters. They are peace facilitators, and that exactly what this deputy was. Cool. Calm and fair. Deputies like this are often a reflection of the attitutide and good leadership of a good LE Agency.

Nice. I was wondering what

Nice. I was wondering what Jason Bermas was up to these days.

Now hes going to lose his

Now hes going to lose his job.

Love it

I would like to thank that police officer... That is what I like to see... Its a beautiful thing when someone is actually following the constitution....

Regarding Infowars

Gee, the Drudge Report and Steve Quayle and Stan Deyo and Zero Hedge and Max Keiser and BLN and WRH and A WHOLE LOT OF OTHER 'news aggregators' seem to be finally admitting that Infowars has some good links to REAL news stories.
IF YOU have a problem with reading REAL news stories, I understand that 'MITT 2012' is looking for readers. I would suggest that you GO THERE, NOW, and pitch your bitch to THEM.

In the meantime, shut the heck up, sit back, and WATCH. Your esoteric commentary about 'sourcing' is both irrelevant, and misleading.
YOUR USUAL CONTACTS within the 'administration of information'; however, would be very interested in your complaints regarding the SOURCE of the TRUE NEWS.
