2) But this is a MORAL and LEGAL victory.

3) Moral - it shows MAJORITY of the people around the world SUPPORT the Palestinian cause (138 countries VS 9 countries).

4) Legal - In 2009, when Israel bombarded Gaza, Palestinian went to The Hague (International Justice Court). However, The Hague rejected Palestine request to charge Israel for WAR CRIMES because Palestine was not recognized.

Today, with the UPGRADED membership status, Israel can no longer kill Palestinian CHILDREN in order to gain votes from Israelis (come election time).
