Just to confirm the last part of your email. NH SOS has all the funds needed to start or initiate the recount (WHEW). Who ever donated it THANK YOU!!!! However, it is not official until Bob Gardner (with NH SOS)makes a decision to pursue this and he will decide tomorrow. Holding my breath till tomorrow!!!

A comment to those who disagree with a recount - I understand on some levels why you would think that. However, why spend time getting votes if they are not counted. I think there has been enough evidence that machine counting is scary to say the least. I think this effort is imperative because New Hampshire is one of the few states that have a paper trail and relatively small numbers. The tipping factor for me is that precincts in New Hampshire are showing hundreds of votes for “other” candidates and zero for Ron Paul. For all future elections we need to have a fair vote count, and if there is voter fraud we will not be able to prove it in other states. Lets hope Bob Gardner does not get influenced by tomorrow.

They confirmed that not only my payment but everyone else's payments had gone through to the grannywarrior's account. However, there's a problem with their account and they need to call them to resolve it.

I called Granny and explained it to her and she told me they sent everything they had asked for and then some. They were going to contact them on the number they gave me 402 935-2050 to try and straighten this mess out one more time!

She confirmed that the recount IS taking place as they got all the money they needed from another source.

I know that many of you may not be aware of this situation brewing in New Hampshire but I wanted to take a moment to give you a little information in regards to this situation because the gloves have been removed and the battle for our very rights are in great peril.

Shortly after the rather surprisingly low vote results for Ron Paul and Barak Obama in the New Hampshire GOP Primary on January 8th, many people (including myself) believe that something potentially sinister may have occurred. On January 9th, I called the New Hampshire Secretary of State’s (NH SOS) office to inquire about the voting process and asked a few basic information questions to allow further research in the matter. During that time, I was told that the primary was held by paper ballot only. For the next several days news flooded the blogs and other web posting in regards to potential voter fraud including two locations posting zero votes for Ron Paul and a correction did occur due to either a mistake in reporting (entire families voted for Ron Paul in their areas) or potentially a deeper problem at hand. I did not want to jump too high and waited for more information to come forth before taking my next step.

On Friday January 11th, a lesser known Republican candidate (Albert Howard) who seemingly is running a very focused Presidential bid as a Republican filed a motion for a recount along with Democrat Dennis Kucinich as the evidence seemed to mount. This Monday January 14th, I contacted the NH SOS office to inquire again as I discovered that 81% of the votes are tabulated by the Diebold (now known as Premier Elections) machines which a Princeton study concluded can be easily compromised through security flaws and this time I pressed them and asked why I was not given accurate information. During that phone call, I was told that the ballots were on paper, but they did use the Diebold machines (their optical scanner) to tabulate the votes and we talked at length in regards to the process of the NH SOS office’s procedures in protecting the integrity of the process and ensuring that the votes were tabulated properly and I found their answers evasive along with their subsequent knowledge of the Diebold machines and potential security flaws to be lacking or downplayed. I also find this strange because this question has been presented in past elections to the NH SOS office by many organizations as they pressured for these machines to be removed from the election process.

Yesterday, Granny Warrior attempted to raise the needed funds to find the recount process on behalf of Albert Hoffman and the voters and just before the full amount was raised by the deadline to fund this operation, a mysterious donor from the Middle East made a $1,000 donation using Paypal and the entire account was frozen and thus the remaining funds could not be produced to fund the recount process. Word has been spreading that the deadline has been missed, therefore they will now allow a recount. I do not understand why Paypal could not freeze the single $1,000 donor and allow the main account to remain active, but at this moment, I believe that this entire process has been compromised by the Federal Government (not sure if it was the CIA or the FBI who forced this to happen) and we are witnessing a further erosion of the democratic process. I am calling for advice from members of this forum and have contacted the official Ron Paul campaign for further details. Please contact me if you are able to offer any advice in this matter as I am deeply disturbed by these events and wish to assist in these efforts and protect the integrity of the election process.

Update: I just spoke with a woman from the NH SOS office and she confirmed that they have received the $2,000 deposit and a check for $55,000 for the recount and Bill Gardner (NH SOS official) will make a decision over this matter by tomorrow (Thursday).

Time is wasting away if we have a chance to get the money to NH for a recount. This is so important. I do not know were to turn. I have called, emailed, etc. I was also told the full amount may not be needed by NH SOS. I don't want to blow our chances. Are the funds not frozen and have been transferred to NH SOS? Why can't someone here, who is reasonably well off financially, just pony up the damn $50,000 and get this critical process moving before the clock runs out and it is too late?

50K is chump change for some of you people. Let's just get this done so we can demonstrate and spotlight the DIEBOLD issues and save our democracy.

Dennis Kucinich has only requested and paid for just two towns on the Democratic side. This is a farce and it won't reveal anything because he has not even sought any documentation about the chain of custody of the ballots. The Kucinich recount is a garbage and a sham.

The only hope for justice is the full Statewide Recount, with chain of custody evidence documented, that has been requested by Albert Howard

So somebody step in and help here.
