Since Ron Pauls 2012 campaign site is now defunct and bounces to C4L I feel that it is imperative that the document is easily accessible.

If any candidate running in 2016 isn't 100% behind this and willing to make it the centerpiece of their campaign and do everything in their power to implement it they will not get my vote. They have to go on record with this showing that they understand it inside and out.
