Venezuela President Hugo Chávez is now battling bone metastasis from his pelvic cancer, according to a report by Spanish newspaper ABC.
Citing an unnamed intelligence source, ABC's Washington correspondent Emil J. Blasco says there has been a recurrence and spread of the tumor, which was detected in a test performed on a trip to Havana just after the elections on October 7.
Blasco said the metastasis is causing Chavez “severe pain in the left femur and serious walking difficulties." He also says that Chavez passed out twice in August, losing consciousness briefly, and that doctors determined that his situation was deteriorating slowly but steadily.
Chavez last appeared publicly during a televised meeting on Nov. 15, prompting some critics to publicly wonder where he went after his election win.

From the people I've known who had cancer, may they RIP, bone cancer is the last stage before death. Once it spreads to your bones there isn't much they can do and your time is short.

LL, I don't agree with you on a lot of issues
but as I was reading the comments I see someone has downvoted your post and for the life of me I don't know why. It's absolutely reasonless in my eyes for this particular comment to have been down-voted so I'm telling you that I'm up-voting it to give it a neutral rating - unless someone else decides to down or up-vote you.
I think it cowardly that there are people on this forum who downvote without giving a reason for it.

Are you out of your mind? All I do is observe and call it like it is and both of those profiles fit you. Actually the second profile could have used you for a model IMO. Go see a Doctor dude you might save your own life.
If I ran around this website like you do with your rabid attacks against other members and Ron Paul and bragged about felonious behavior I'd expect to be called on it myself.
Make a suggestion on observed behavior and person screams for banning. And legalizeliberty is his handle. Go figure.

Chavez's bone metastasis
It means that his cancerous cells in the original pelvic region moved over to another organ: the bone. As you can imagine this is not a good news. But to me Chavez seems to have such a strong will to live (elan vital?) that he may overcome the obstacle for long time. And I wish him well.

...bone cancer. I doubt though that there is something like a "pelvic cancer", it seems rather as a tactful generalization. But one would have to check it.
