Are the poor people supposed to shop at the farmer's markets?

The farmer's markets are very expensive in most of their produce. 3 months ago I bought a dozen eggs...organic for $4.00! The organic free range eggs at the grocery store cost $2.89 or $2.98. That is a big difference.
