Hate the Talk About Raising Tax Rates? Here are 15 Countries With No Income Taxes

On the table in today’s political debate is the concept of raising taxes on some, or even all Americans (should the fiscal cliff kick in). If this bothers you, here are eleven countries that you would (hopefully) never, ever have to worry about paying an income tax in.

I hate the income tax, but these places are IMPOSSIBLE

I hate the income tax, but these income tax-free places are IMPOSSIBLE to move into. Just look at this list:

MONACO: Impossible. What's rent in a Cote d'Azure tourist trap like that?

KUWAIT: Simmering cauldron of oppression and discontent ready to blow.

BERMUDA: Impossible. Not enough space on that islet for any more malcontents.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: Each Emir lives deeper in the dark ages than the next. The TSA learned their tactics from UAE police.

ANDORRA: Another microspeck with a severe crisis thanks to being half-French socialist and half-Spanish banker occupied.

BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS: Yes, if you've got Willard Romney's kind of money, you can buy a villa here. Otherwise, you can work on the sugar plantation or sell beads to sweating tourists.

QATAR: All set to blow!

BAHAMAS: Paradise for the wealthy. Maybe for the unwealthy, too. But what you actually mind living in squalor and suffering constant hurricanes?

OMAN: The only decent choice so far, but its still an absolute dictatorship with sharia law and a problem with non-moslems walking its streets.

BRUNEI: C'mon, who's gonna go there?!

CAYMAN ISLANDS: Ditto. See British Virgin Islands.

ANGUILLA: Ditto. See Cayman Island, too. Sheeattt! All these royal British slave depots are just the place to go if you're freakin' wealthy and can bribe your way into a hurricane cellar.

MALDIVES ISLANDS: Beautiful! Just beautiful! And about 2 feet above sea level. Well, you could probably get away with a couple of years tax-free income selling beads to the fat Euro-tourists before you're ankle deep in the Indian ocean.

TURKS & CAICOS: No way. See Anguilla.

VANUATU: Now we're getting somewhere. Finally, a real place to go. A place with no justice system, rampant povery, and ethnic problems up the wazoo. But still, there might be room for American malcontents who have no skills except how to start up a Starbucks franchise.

...I presume Afghanistan has an income tax, then?

Things we CANNOT do

I want to stay in the USA, but I'd like to stop paying the income tax.

We should repeal the 16th Amendment first, though : otherwise, that'd be breaking The Law (Perverted). And that's not right (Not).

Right ? Or right ?

Anyway, here's what we CANNOT do (until the 16th is repealed) :

1. buy or sell thru barter

2. buy or sell with silver (physical)

3. buy or sell with gold (physical)

4. (and ignore cottonware dollar "bank notes" for all of the above)

Because, well, that'd be immoral, when OUT OF THE GOLD STANDARD, to use gold or silver (which aren't money) and not be able to pay our fair share tax based on USD.

For gold is NOT money, btw : Mr. Bernanke said it. It's just "tradition".

Right ? Or right ?

Peace.

However, if you are seriously

However, if you are seriously considering becoming an expat, you can expect a visit from the tax man first:

"FACTA is the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act of 2010, a way for the US government to increase revenue collection from foreign sources and combat those Americans who hide their wealth away in Switzerland protected by Swiss bank secrecy laws. It puts a burden on every non-US financial institution around the world to dig through their records and look for any indicia of US residence and/or citizenship among their clients and file reports with the IRS or else get penalized by having 30% of their US source income impounded by the IRS. The threat of having 30% of one's income withheld will make any financial institution dance to the beat of the US government's drum. But the consequence is that, in essence, what Congress, through FACTA, is telling American expats is that you are guilty until proven innocent and that one bad apple does indeed spoil the whole bunch. Reports abound about Americans being denied banking and financial services which has negative consequences for American businesses around the world and job creation in the US."

Dave Champions book "Income Tax: Shattering the Myths"

I say it over and over and over... The Best book on the topic no doubt is Dave Champion's book "Income Tax: Shattering the Myths"

It's really the best read i've ever had about the reality of WHAT THE INCOME TAX IS... Which is an "Indirect Excise"...

Long story short...

1. Income Tax is an Excise Tax
2. 16th Amendment is a moot point
3. 16th Amendment conferred NO NEW POWER OF TAXATION
4. The Stanton v baltic mining Case (US Supreme 1916) says its an indirect tax
5. US Supremes say no "Direct tax without apportionment can be laid"
6. People "THINK" the 16th amendment does away w/ apportionment for direct tax called income tax
7. People who think that ARE WRONG!!!
8. Average American has NO INCOME TAX LIABILITY when living and working in any one of the 50 States of the union in the private sector earning his / her own money.
9. Tax professionals "DONT READ THE LAW"
10. Tax professionals read "IRS publications and Pamphlets"
11. IRS publications and pamphlets are NOT to be used to sustain a position (Section 4.10.7.2.8 IRS Manual)

JUST READ Dave Champion's book "income tax: shattering the myths"
Once you are done reading that, then tell me all about the income tax again!!!

He's not exactly doing very

He's not exactly doing very well in court:

In accordance with this Court’s January 24, 2012 Order granting the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by plaintiff United States of America (the “United States”) against defendant David Champion (“Champion”), the Court has concluded that Champion’s theories concerning the Government’s taxing authority are wrong. Views such as those advanced by Champion have been rejected as frivolous by all courts that have analyzed similar arguments.

Dave Addresses those accusations here...

Here's the March 23, 2012 audio show where Dave Addresses those accusations. And before you jump to conclusions, since WHEN does government tell the truth about Liberty. If you are looking for the government to "approve" the truth, you are looking in the wrong place.

Link to show:

Here's the shows topics for that day:

What are the only two ways John Adams said a nation can be enslaved? Which is taking place in America?
Dave details the fatal flaw for the survival of America if you vote for Romney, Santorum, or Gingrich.
How many times can the American electorate be lied to and still believe the next lie told to them by politicians?
Dave has changed the dates of the Buddy Tactics class!!!!
A listener asks Dave how to adjust his thinking that something is just wrong about carrying a gun every day!
Dave discusses the best place to keep you gun safe.
Dave discusses the moral duty for Americans to carry a pistol.
Have you read Dave’s article on carry firearms daily? You can see it at http://www.davechampion.net/index.php?page=carrying
President Warren G. Harding said he couldn’t find a book to explain taxation to him. You now have one! www.incometaxtruth.com.
A listener comments on the federal injunction against Dave.
Dave give his response to the judge’s injunctive order. You’ve got to hear this!

Isn't the blaze...

a Glenn Beck thing?
So is it okay for an individual to secede just not a state??
Someone needs to learn this guy a few things about liberty and consistency

yes the Blaze is a Beck thing...

and Beck isn't very consistent on the Liberty movement.

I used to enjoy listening to Beck then it all changed for me roughly in 2007. Being raised in a John Birch Society environment I knew Beck was a neo-con and all but sometime around 2007 I started to see that he was def not being sincere in the way he handled Ron Paul and the message that Ron Paul spoke in comparison to John McLame and Palin ticket.

I really thought he'd come around to Paul's message but he stayed in a retarded state of status quo.

exactly

that is exactly my experience with glenn beck.

I use Blue Wave, but don't expect one of THEIR silly taglines.

The thing the article neglects to tell you is...

U.S. citizens are obligated to pay U.S. income tax no matter where they live. Those abandoning U.S. citizenship are obligated to continue to pay U.S. income tax for at least another ten years after doing so. Unless a citizen can get all of his property out of the country, and plans never to return, even to visit relatives, the feds will continue to demand its pound of flesh no matter where in the world he may go.

[F]orce can only settle questions of power, not of right. - Clyde N. Wilson

Thanks for the heads up

Interesting tagline, as well.
