The Jesse Benton Approach to Ugly Politics

"Bottom line: It's clear that Benton is about power and doesn't care one bit about liberty or getting the liberty message out."

i still think we haven't seen the full picture

will continue to wait until the full verdict is out.

realistic politics

Yes because keeping Rand Paul's mentor in the Senate would not help liberty at all.

What's wrong with the goal of putting a libertarian-Republican in the White House?

Ron Paul's biggest mistake,

was letting Jesse Benton run the campaign. In the hands of capable management, Ron Paul would be staring down at the Oval Office. Either Ron himself was not exactly "in it to win it", or he misjudged the role of Jesse. Saw it in '08.

Knowing what RP was up against, TPTB, FRB, NWO, it's amazing Ron Paul did as well as he did. To think it ewas ALL grassroots is nieve. It takes someone who understand how the power works, and Benton does, and maybe we can give him credit for Ron Paul still walking among us, because many who have tried to do what Ron Paul did are no longer with us.

Just let it go. This stuff just fuels anger and frustration.

"Once you become knowledgeable, you have an obligation to do something about it."- Ron Paul

It's not anger and frustration,

at least for me it's not. Rather it's a full blown determination to hold Benton and any one he politically associates with responsible for gutting the campaign of it's momentum as well as a lot of it's financial assets. I will contribute heavily to any one who is running against McConnell or anyone else he's involved with and do my damnedest to turn Benton into the political pariah he deserves to be. Make no mistake, this will also include Rand if he is foolish enough to jump onto this train wreck looking for a place to happen.

There are no politicians or bankers in foxholes.
