organics nutrition and holistic medicine help!

Ok so I'm slowly educating myself on healthy eating. My 2 goals are eating non gmo organic and replacing all pharmaceuticals with natural medicines. Im a truck driver so it isn't easy. However, efoods direct seems to offer what im looking for in regards to food. I am a bit concerned bc it doesn't contain animals. Also, low carb diets seem to work for me and from what I've heard efoods contains a lot of carbs. Also like youngevity products but they are wayyyyy too expensive. Compare it with one world whey?

Not sure if you are looking for long term food storage or a way of eating? Primal/Paleo diet, plus nutritional supplements has helped us immensely. No grains, sugars, legumes. (Raw or organic Dairy is okay only if one isn't sensitive to it.) No processed foods. Organic whenever possible. Try www.localharvest.org to find a local farmer/rancher for meat, eggs, dairy, veggies, etc.

But if you are looking for bulk canned food, here's a link to long term storage canned meat:http://www.amazon.com/Case-Canned-Food-Storage-Survival-Cave/dp/B006ZNYOY4/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=9IUJ8R6MXIET&coliid=IQU29UG623A1U

Hope this helps.

check out the sections on Metabolic Typing and the GAPS diet in my Alt. Cancer post below. The GAPS diet has a lot in common with the traditional diets that the Western Price Foundation talks about but I don't believe that every person is designed to follow the exactt same diet. Some fine tuning is necessary. That's where Metabolic Typing comes in. The GAPS diet doesn't have to be followed for the rest of one's life, just until sufficient healing has taken place.

Blood Flow

Cupping and acupuncture: blood flow. Avoid dentistry and vaccines too. Both disorder blood flow.

Most of what is common is wrong. For example, eating meat is fine. Eat clean meat and your body will reward you. Your circulation will improve, your blood will be clean and you'll shed fat (because, among other reasons, you'll end up eating less food than you would if you ate air-food such as salad) and you'll gain muscle, the lean kind probably.

Steam or cook your veggies. Steaming or cooking them aids digestion. If you want what the steaming or cooking removes, drink the water containing the veggies' fallout in the pot.

Concerning obtaining or maintaining good health, do the opposite of what the government and whatever's connected to it tell you or what they put out for you to read.

Oh, yeah, drink raw milk from sunshine bathed cows that eat their natural diet and spend time indoors when the weather prohibits them from being outside. This milk will have the same effect clean meat has: clean blood, improved digestion and increased muscle mass and function as well as improved joint function.

Also, avoid extremes. If acidity is promoted, say no. If alkalinity is promoted, say no. If a balanced pH is promoted, say yes (but ask how, because your body will obtain balance, so you needn't force the issue). To achieve balance here is to understand: Electricity is second to blood flow.

Electricity's improvement doesn't necessitate improved blood flow (but improved electricity flow can disorganize/disorder blood flow more than it is and because of it electricity's improvement will be temporary correspondingly, an inversion). Blood flow improvement necessitates electricity's improvement and the improvement of everything else including cognition and emotions, a conversion.

Avoid dentistry? How exactly does it "disorder" blood flow?

I'd love to hear this "disorder of blood flow" claim explained more thoroughly.

On the contrary, there is ample evidence demonstrating an association between periodontal disease and atherosclerotic disease. Here are just a few of these studies.

Matilla et al (1989): Case-control study (100 myocardial infarction cases/102 healthy controls). Used Total Dental Index to assess burden of oral infections (caries, periapical lesions, periodontitis). Revealed significant association between poor oral health and MI (odds ratio: 1.5)

Desvarieux et al (2005): Examined linkage between subgingival bacterial burden and carotid artery atherosclerosis in cohort of 1056 subjects. Study revealed a significant direct relationship between periodontal pathogens (A.a., P.g, T.forsythia., T. denticola) and atherosclerosis.

Jimenez et al (2009) looked at same Normative Aging Study subjects, found positive relationship between periodontal disease and stroke.

Hey, Mark, how you doing?

Hey, Mark, how you doing? Concerning talking with you about issue, I'll talk with you about it in DP chat. A forum isn't the place to talk about it because it is my experience and, because of my experience, what I've studied. Put time aside because what I have to say takes a while and you might have questions. We can continue chatting about this issue other times too; neither of us needs to feel we have to cover everything in one sitting. So, when you're logged in next, invite me to chat with you or if I'm logged in to the DP but not into chat, message me here you're in chat, then I'll enter chat. OK, Mark, see you then.

The more I leave the Gravity Universe and enter the Electric Universe, the more convinced I become that alkalizing is an essential part of health. We are electrical conductors, having our bodies at the proper pH will have a dramatic effect on the circuit we call "metabolism."
Trucking, your best be may be juicing. If you can afford it, get the kind of juicer used for Gerson therapy, but even just a blender will put you on a path toward MUCH improved nutrition. Look into azurestandard.com for a source of organics, you may be able to pick up fresh organics all over the country from them.
There are good and bad carbs, don't lump them all together or you will make yourself crazy - and hungry!
GOOD LUCK! Oh, and for medicine, there are too many herbs and such, need specific ailments to recommend. Common ones: Garlic for high blood pressure, arnica montana for arthritis, raw milk for digestive issues.

Love or fear? Chose again with every breath.

If you would like to email me..

... I can send you a very practical bulletin on the rock bottom basics of nutrition.

It starts like this: "Bodies and nutrition are complex subjects, but there are certain basics that apply to everyone.
Trying to debug or adjust nutrition without these things being in place is difficult – if not a waste of time – like trying to tune a car when it is only firing on two cylinders."

It is practical, understandable, and has years of results behind it. It's free.
