is this old news or did it happen again? because I heard about something similar a while back.

Spread this news far and

Spread this news far and wide. Make sure family members of this judge know how you feel. If he's got kids, make sure kids at school, public or private, get an ear full from their classmates about they feel about their dad's activity. Same goes for this man's spouse. People working with his spouse, give that broad an ear full of displeasure. Make that judge uncomfortable to be with his own family members. By proxy, the outside, thou shall make inside most uncomfortable and unsettled.

these people are corporatist

Monsanto spent 41 million in California to defeat the labelling of GMO foods. Anybody think their motives were honorable? These evil doers are literally making us sick and the courts are failing to uphold the basic tenant that you can be free to do as you like as long as you do not hurt others. Monsanto would be held liable in a truely free country but nooo congress and the courts have sold us out to the corporatist'

He'll Never Be a Judge, Again

Even the appearance of wrong-doing is a barrier to judgeship if people know about it.

What do you think? http://consequeries.com/

Non-Compete Clauses

I have to sign a non-compete for every job I do. Why not make our elected officials sign non-compete's? This asshole judge belongs in jail. If our legislators want to write some laws, how about they write a law that will throw these guys in jail if they accept employment in a position that benefitted from legislation they passed or legal precedents they set. This revolving fascist door is getting out of hand!

Does anyone here think we'll

Does anyone here think we'll take treason seriously again in this country?

Wisconsin is pretty much run by the big Dairy farmers

The huge Wisconsin Dairy Farms want to squeeze out the competition from the little guys. Plus, if raw milk caught on it would put their business in danger. They'll have trouble producing raw milk safely because of how big their operations are. So they have to pasteurize everything because of all the contaminants that get in.

If raw milk became the rage and was perfectly legal to sell, dairy would revert back to lots of small farms supplying locally.

So, of course a Judge in Wisconsin is a bought and paid for shill for the Dairy industry. And then Monsanto recognizing this Judge plays ball hires him to work for them. A shill for hire to the highest bidder.

Weird laws

Wisconsin, like any other state, has it's own weird laws. Most of wisconsin's weird laws involve dairy products.

Surprise, surprise...

Surprise, surprise...

From the original article:

"This case begs for competent legal counsel who can get the outrageous decision overturned."

Based only on the rulings made by the dishonourable Judge Fiedler on the Hoof, this judgement is clearly un-Constitutional.

"Jesus answered them: 'Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin. The slave does not remain in the house forever; the son remains forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.'" (John 8:34-36)

Thank you for sharing raw milk news

Raw milk is definitely a topic that liberty minded folks, particularly the many who are health conscience find newsworthy.
