Hahahaha

Sounds like a fiscally conservative way to get high.

riddle me this

if no gov can apply a law
that goes against their owners, the people, can they create an agency
with that authority?

Isn't smoking in a restaurant/bar illegal in Wa.?

?

The guy already challenged the smoking ban and won.

The legal framework that was created due to his challenge of the smoking ban is why he is in a position to do this without fear of the State, feds are another matter obviously. I think they would have a tough time charging him criminally but they could steal his bar because, well that's what they do.

I respect what the guy is

I respect what the guy is doing, but I can see a Bradley Manning situation. He may want to give it some time and see what the Fed's response will be in general.
