who is a paleo-conservative indeed and described himself as an independent populist, is: His symphaties may well be with Ron Paul, but the media have conspired to blackout Ron Paul. He should follow their rules, but has some free room to "wiggle" also, and uses this to mention Ron Paul could win NV. Where else would you hear that? He cannot sound partial for any candidate, including Ron Paul (otherwise he will loose credibility, and his job?), and he is tired of partisan politics, therefore he mentiones Bloomberg as well. There is also an economist Donald Luskin witht he website poorandstupid.com who is clearly for Ron Paul. He mentioned to Larry Kudlow the other day about Ron Paul and Bloomberg as indepedent candidates (c;ear;y expressed his support for Ron Paul). Luskin mentions that he mention Bloomberg as well, as otherwise he will eb seen as partial, and then it sounds more like propoganda for a candidate, and then you loose potential voters in effect. They have to walk a fine line.
If we can do well and hopefully win NV, the media cannot ignore us any longer.
We should act as mainsteam (independent minded) Republicans and as moderate. If we act too agrresive with emails tot he media, they just see as as spammers and get a negative perception. Be always polite and firm when you send an email, give credit where it is do and be positive. Remember, we have to get the support and also sympthahty of the majority of the Republicans and it is good to surprise (negative perceptions) they have and be positive. A positive attitude is often more powerful than only negative criticism. In your email, begin with a positive staement, then list your critique and how ridiculous the media blackout is (tell them for instance I personally do nto believe in consipiry theories, but the media blackout seems like a big conspiricy, as as friends/acquintances/collegues of me that do not necessarily support Ron Paul say - mentioning an impartial person re. RP makes the argument stronger).. and end then with a positive line again.
I really think there is a very real chance for NV, as the Silver State is libertarian and Dr. Paul campaigned a lot there months ago and also this week. Seems like only Romney will also campaign there this week.

I have been suspicious of Lou Dobbs for a while. What really confirmed my suspicions was after railing about illegal immigration for over a year, when the Real ID was announced last week, he said that was a good thing.
My feeling is… he set the country up to accept the Real ID. I have no use for him.

"Lou, on your Election Center show tonight you baited your audience when you said that Ron Paul had a chance to win it, then you didn't say another thing about him in your show. Why not? You keep saying that none of the candidates have a plan to get us out of this mess, but there is one who does. Ron Paul! If you are serious about helping the American people why don't you have him on your show so you can discuss his plan to save America?"
Go Ron Paul!

I used to defend Lou Dobbs on DailyPaul until I really started listening to him and his populist attitude. On November 14th, Lou read one of my emails on his show and I waited to get his book that he supposedly sends to all viewers. Guess what, no book. I emailed Lou with my address, a copy of my email from the transcript and my address again. No book and I still continued to defend him and watch his show.
Then after listening to him I continuously heard him state that "No Candidate cares about the American people in either party" which he knew was not true about Dr Paul. Then he worked getting people to change their party to independent which, when you think about it, hurts Dr Paul because in some states you can not vote Republican if you are registered as an independent. Also, he started to talk about a surprise independent candidate running.
I emailed Lou Dobbs recently and told him NOT to send me his book because I no longer believed that he was a supporter of a candidate that cared about the middleclass and lowerclass. I guess the thing that really did it for me was that Lou is definitely for the National ID and I am totally against it. I told Lou that I no longer wanted his book but to send Jack Cafferty's book instead :) I guess that I will go out and buy Jack's book because I don't think Lou appreciated my email.
To get to the point of this post, the AP yesterday stated that Ron Paul would probably be #1 in Nevada. This is a tactic to get Dr Paul out of the running for President. Every candidate knows that you never overestimate you placement of primaries because you are better off to come out ahead of your expectations rather that behind your expectations. So the media again is up to its evil tactics to get Dr Paul out of the race.
If you don't believe this, in the AP report, they even state that Dr Paul is only polling at 9% and go on to talk about other candidates but the title of the AP report is Dr Paul will take first. This AP submission is either bogus or the elite trying to knock Dr Paul out of the race. Quite honestly, I am so sick and tired of the tactics used by the media, the administration and the obvious ones determining who will be the next president that I sometimes think that no matter what we do, they will destroy the truth and what is good for this country.
Don't believe Lou Dobbs, CNN, FOX, MSNBC, etc etc turn off your televisions. Use the internet as the voice of freedom. I have turned radio and television off because no matter what place Dr Paul ranks in the polls, in the caucuses, primaries etc. it doesn't matter because the media still will not cover him. I am an independent thinker and I only can do my best to correct what is wrong with this country and this world and if evil decides to destroy good, then at least I can say that I did NOT do nothing.
The best thing to remember is that he is part of the Media Complex which is being utilized to destroy our rights by partaking in the misinformation campaign.
I seriously doubt he'd run with Bloomberg(if he did, he'd lose all credibility), they are like polar opposite on illegal immigration and amnesty and national sovereignty issues. I think he is just out for himself, and making sure he leaves open the option to run as an independent later on.

The MSM might start predicting a Paul win in Nevada so as to call it a dissapointment if he does aything less. They could call a second place finish a failure when in reality it would be very good for the campaign.
I thought I read that Tucker was about to speak of Ron Paul, and then later, Lou Dobbs. Both appear to have been merely encouraging some viewers. No fuss, these talking heads are soon to be completely ignored. The internet is making the monologue a thing of the past. Dialogue, such as what occurs on the various blogs, is the ground of freedom. Monologue is for Dictators. The main thing to be concerned with is to insure the autonomy of the internet. A Nanny state must not be allowed to regulate it. Attempts are being made, such as the evidently well-intentioned thought of protecting children from being exploited, etc. The next stage, that being accepted, will be to protect children from being influenced by corrupt agents on the internet chat rooms, etc. After a steady incremental advance in this "protection" the Nanny government will reveal its dictatorial intentions by banning all internet comunication/discussions that corrupt the youth. Socrates was sentenced to death on the charge of "corrupting the youth". If a Hitler were to take over, all internet communication not controlled by the government would be criminalized as corrupting the youth and indeed everyone exposed to the possible harmful effects of unregulated communication, effects such as not accepting Adolf as your Fuhrer. Keep an eye on this subtle move. The Bill of Rights regarding freedom of speech can be circumvented in this manner.
