I quit murdering people on November 17, 2012.

I lost my job (outsourced) on November 16th.

Since I no longer pay taxes (since I'm unemployed - and no I'm not collecting unemployment), my tax dollars are no longer going to a government intent on killing people who look (or think) a little different than us.

That is the one thing I take comfort in since losing my job of 27 years.

I'm no longer drone bombing wedding parties in Pakistan.

I'm no longer killing the Afghani people.

I quit pointing guns at Iran.

I no longer give out $55 billion in foreign aid which goes to rogue governments who torture, imprison and murder their people.

I no longer sell or give military weapons to foreign nations who in turn suppress their people for U.S. weapons manufacture's financial gain.

I have quit sanctioning Iran and causing untold harm to innocent Iranians who never did a thing to me.

I no longer send Israel 3.2 billion dollars to kill Palestinians.

The killing no longer has my name on it.

I'm sorry I killed so many people with the money I sent this government all the decades I did.

I apologize to the countries of Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Lybia etc.

I may end up killing again when I get another job.

But for now I can sleep soundly knowing I quit killing people through the actions of the immoral representatives in my immoral government.

For now.

One step closer?

One step further away from Crime made Legal is commendable, worthy of credit.

If the dollar was not used during your trading actions can you still trade as well with your trading partners without having a "piece of the action" stolen from you and used by the thieves to steal more?

I think your viewpoint is shared by me, in a limited sense, but the finer, closer, and more accurate account of the POWER flowing from all the honest productive people who produce anything worth stealing is denominated in dollars at this time, and it will be denominated in the new, more efficient, fraud denomination when the dollar is no longer produced by the current most powerful frauds.

I think that knowing the connection between the Fraud Money and the honest people who produced surplus wealth is knowing the actual, accurate, accounting of exactly how much each individual "provides the means by which we suffer" as in:

http://www.ushistory.org/paine/commonsense/sense2.htm

Common Sense

"Society in every state is a blessing, but Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state an intolerable one: for when we suffer, or are exposed to the same miseries BY A GOVERNMENT, which we might expect in a country WITHOUT GOVERNMENT, our calamity is heightened by reflecting that we furnish the means by which we suffer."

When common sense is based upon a fraudulent account, what can be expected to happen?

Joe

What your expertise?

Just in case you get the itch to start killing again.
Who know, maybe someone here could help.

LOL

that was funny!

question

would you still be at work if your job wasn't
outsourced?

If we deny truth before your very eyes, then the rest of what we have to say,is of little consequence

Deacon - In all honesty, yes, I would still have my job.

So you could question my sincerity. But it was quite traumatic losing my job so I started looking for any positives to it.

It occurred to me last night that in fact, there was a silver lining.

Being a 5-year Ron Paul supporter, it has troubled me about the foreign policy I have been funding.

But there IS no way out of it short of working "under the table."

WE ALL pay taxes at thee point of a the IRS gun.

But Americans must understand what their money goes for.

Since most don't know or don't care, their government is getting away literally with murder.

I fully realize that in reality, I will one day be funding the war machine again when I get a job.

But for now, this is the space I'm in and I'll use it to educate my fellow Americans about where their money goes.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."

Don't let the government

Don't let the government waste your unemployment taxes wherever they want. You paid that money in, so get it back. If you do not agree with the concept of unemployment then take the money returned to you and use it in a way which advances the ideals of liberty.

...

Not your fault

While we all have some collective responsibility for allowing this government to do such things they stole the money from you under threat of harm of you did not pay so no need for you to apologize.

The majority have chosen the society we have today so all we can do is continue to educate till the tide turns are some crisis or incident cleans house and we can start anew.

Get Prepared!

I quit murdering people 4 years ago.

You don't have to go back to killing. There are ways to make a living without feeding the death machine. You just have to be willing to live a different way of life.

It's hard... but it's better than having dead babies on your conscience.

Oh by the way... if you still drive a car... you're still killing people. (I quit that too)

I was just thinking the same thing

The last number of years I have been underemployed. I don't have a lot of extra cash but, on the bright side, it feels really good not to be paying for the wars I am trying to stop.

Nice

I like how you think.

We are not the government & the government is not us...

The government is an entity separate from the people.

I wrote a summary of Rothbard's Anatomy of the State a while back:

http://www.dailypaul.com/263716/a-summary-of-murray-rothbard...

Our government REPRESENTS US. So we ARE our government.

In fact, that is exactly how this country was set up.

As a Representative Republic.

Unfortunately, we have become so apathetic and complacent that we have allowed a very few people decide who represent us.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
-Ron Paul

Did Mitt Romney represent you in the general election...

even though you voted for Ron Paul in the primary?

Are people who have been against the Iraq War from the beginning responsible for the 1 million plus deaths that have resulted?

Are you responsible for the clandestine torture that occurs at the hands of the government?

Individuals represent themselves.

How much representation can a person really have in our government when the candidates are only chosen by those with clout?

Our government more closely represents K Street than it does the People. You can take responsibility for the actions of others if you wish, but I only bear the burden of my own choices.

I disagree and so did Rothbard...

A more complete answer can be found at the link that I provided or by reading Anatomy of the State (which is linked at the bottom of page that I linked to).
