White House Petition Calls For Deportation Of Piers Morgan After Gun Rant On CNN...

Created: Dec 21, 2012

British Citizen and CNN television host Piers Morgan is engaged in a hostile attack against the U.S. Constitution by targeting the Second Amendment. We demand that Mr. Morgan be deported immediately for his effort to undermine the Bill of Rights and for exploiting his position as a national network television host to stage attacks against the rights of American citizens.

Infowars launched the petition to draw attention to the fact that a foreigner, Piers Morgan, is trying to dictate the internal laws and affairs of the United States. Alex Jones also intended to use Morgan’s arrogance to illustrate that the United States is completely overrun by globalists and that the United Nations small arms treaty, set for Senate ratification in March, hands control of the second amendment to the foreign-run UN.

So let me get this straight freedom loving person... You want to deport him because you don't like his view? How can you say you want to kick him out of the country "for his effort to undermine the Bill of Rights and for exploiting his position as a national network television host to stage attacks against the rights of American citizens." and call your self a freedom loving person??? If this is to be a free country then people have a RIGHT to there voice, if you don't like it then express your free choice by not watching it. You just don't get to kick people out of the country because they say something stupid... I mean damn I would have to put your name on that list for post this!

He's not an American. Its

He's not an American. Its sedition.

Send a message to piersmorgan

In a freemarket no news station would give him a platform to spew his anti american garbage. This petition
is not to get piers morgan deported, we cant expect government to do anything for us. The petition is to send a message to the globalist trying their best to undermine this great country.

Yes, I have already said this once

But, I just do not understand the thought behind this petition.

Banning guns does not solve the gun violence problem we have in this country.

Banning Piers Morgan will not solve the anti 2nd amendment problem we have in this country.

What do you folks think they did after the Revolution in 1785? Open carry, perfectly acceptable.

Banning foolish gun free zones and allowing nationwide open carry would eliminate shootings like Sandy Hook.

Tricks and treachery are the practice of fools, that don't have brains enough to be honest. - Ben Franklin

Piers has the right to speak...others have the right to petition

The rampages that we see in our schools are a symptom of a sick society.

People can argue the intent of the second amendment until they are blue in the face, but the way that Piers and others like him try to advance their political agenda is shameless.
I really do not know that much about the NRA, but I give them credit for remaining silent as long as they did while being under attack by politically minded individuals and organizations.
I feel that that those who want to champion gun laws should wait until the dead are buried before they start using them for political equity.

There is a war on individual liberty, and the ones who "know best" instinctively understand that the 2nd amendment allows citizens to be less dependent on a centralized government.

All of this debate is politically motivated. There are many ways to change society for the better, but that would take time and effort from someone who really cared.

To uphold and defend

Every soldier in the American military and every public servant swore to "uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America"...therefore, I expect to see every soldier and every politician marching to CNN headquarters to detain this evil villian.

An attack on the 2nd amendment is an attack on the Constitution...
All in favor say "eey"...and the "eeys" have it...
Let's Roll...You're either for us or against us...Right?

The First Amendment Applies To All Persons Living In America

However, those empowered within federal government tend to ignore many of its enemies, if the enemies are usefully promoting some kind of hidden agenda only known to those running things.

The government shouldn't be

The government shouldn't be punishing people for exercising their freedom of speech.

Ah, but the beauty is...

that Mr. Morgan is not a citizen of These States United.

"Liberty's too precious a thing to be buried in books...Men should hold it up in front of them every single day of their lives and say: 'I'm free to think and to speak. My ancestors couldn't. I can. And my children will."

-Jimmy Stewart

That is true, which is why I

That is true, which is why I said freedom of speech, which all individuals possess as a matter of their humanity, and not first amendment rights. Anyway, I'm not sure whether the first amendment applies to non-citizen residents. I know for example that the government has deported non-citizens for being communists in the past, but I wouldn't be surprised if this precedent may have been overturned.

Free speech is a human right

As a human, he is entitled to free speech. As a foreigner, he is subject to our immigration laws, a power we the people delegated to Congress with the drafting of the Constitution. He is free to say whatever he wants, even after being evicted from our soil. He would not lose that right to free speech simply because he was deported.

The only reason we created a government to begin with was to form a body that would preserve our inalienable human rights. As long as a government continues to preserve those rights, it must be protected from enemies.

If Piers ever wants to be naturalized, he will have to take an oath that includes a vow to defend the Constitution and a vow to bear arms on behalf of the United States. Since it sounds like he is unwilling to do either, and he isn't here on vacation, his presence here has run its course.

Actually, this is an interesting paradox

He has the right to express freedom of speech..However, when he is using his speech to essentially propagandize an attack on another inalienable right, is it no longer actually speech he is using but actual warfare? Its not as if we have a television station in which we can use a soapbox to espouse our beliefs from and influence minds. I say deport him. The 2nd amendment may be the most important right of all since it is the last resort to protect the rest..

agreed! (or we could petition FOX to put the founder of...

Oathkeepers on his own show....) Petitioning the current Occupant of the White House seems to be unproductive, as he has already stated his disdain for the Second Amendment.
