Feinstein & Cuomo Admit Planning Australian Style Government Gun Buy Back

Published on Wednesday, December 26, 2012

New Jersey --(Ammoland.com)- News that a mandatory, government sponsored gun buy back scheme is in the planning stages emerged last Friday.

Exploiting this common practice, word emerged at the end of last week that Congresswoman Dianne Feinstein and NY State Gov Andrew Cuomo are actively working on a planned govt fiat to seize lawfully owned private property without cause. In the form of an Australian style MANDATORY firearms buy back program, going so far as to tout that Countries program and so called positive results, while conveniently omitting the fact that Australia’s violent crime rate dramatically increased in the wake of the scheme and continues unabated.

Australian gun murder rate

I would like to know what statistics are showing the AU rate of murder going up. Everything I have found only shows the rate increasing in the 90's the year after the ban. Since 97 the gun murder rates have been declining. I am not saying the ban was what brought about the less gun murder, but I don't like sounding like an idiot when making this argument. Can someone shed some light on this?

Can we get true stats?

While researching Agenda 21, I found Australia to be pretty embroiled in all things UN. The 'green' agenda is progressingly smoothly, multiculturalism has been fully embraced, indoctrination into all things 'sustainable' for school kiddies, etc. There are plenty of complaints about its state-run news organization, though, but those complaints don't translate into any changes.
Population is relatively small - 22million, I think.
I don't know if I would trust any stats coming out of there - didn't Gillard promise no carbon tax? - but unless an Australian replies to you about what he/she knows, I don't think your query will be answered.

If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.

"Australia’s violent crime rate dramatically increased"

not 'murder rate'

I'd like to see them try.

Especially in Kentucky. I remember reading somewhere (forgot the source) that 2.5 million background checks were ran for guns here last year and our state's population is 4.5 million. If that's true, they've got their work cut out for them if they want to try something like this.
