I just submitted an FOIA request regarding "chemtrails" to the EPA (12/27/2012)

I request any documentation related to substances released into the atmosphere by aircraft for the purposes of geo-engineering, greenhouse effect remediation, or any other motive that has lead to such release. Further, I request that the list be exhaustive and indicate whether the substances are currently being used or their use has been discontinued. In addition, the documentation should include the locations of all such releases by date and substance(s) deployed.
Often, these substances are dispersed in the atmosphere above my residence. The public - obviously - has a right to know the nature of any substances released into the environment that may affect their health or way of life.
If you have or know of someone who has also tried this approach, please share your experience. What were the results?

It has to do with limiting weapons in space, but allows funds for "DARK OPS" ...CHEMTRAILS...MIND CONTROL....PLASMA BEAMS....LASER WEAPONS....

ref: Section 6, Page 5 (II) and (III) - MIND CONTROL AGENTS, (iii) - CHEMTRAILS. The one that gets me is (vii)- chemical, biological, environmental, Climate, or TECTONIC weapons - What the hell are Tectonic weapons.
I urge everyone who has a interest in Chemtrails to read this HR 2977 written by Mr. Kucinich and passed the house on October 2, 2001. It is the tip of the iceberg to some terrifying facts.
Yep! They got some good funding for moving the human race more rapidly to destruction. I don't think Kucinich even read the damn thing.

but nonetheless, I can read around a 1000 pages per week when motivated. I'll start from the most current and work my way backwards.

I believe lawyers refer to that request as a "fishing expedition", which may not be honored. I think you need to be very specific when you make these requests. DId you consult with an attorney?

Yes.
We requested one for a legal case. Four years later they sent us a note saying they would not send the information. Two weeks later we got a bill.
