Rand on offsetting Sandy funds with foreign aid cuts 12/28/12

The Sandy supplemental bill (H.R. 1) is asking for $60.4 billion. Of the $60.4 billion, only $9.0 billion will be spent in fiscal year 2013. Rand's amendment would reduce the supplemental bill to only authorize funds for 2013 ($9.0 billion) and offset the cost by reducing foreign aid by the same amount.

Watch Lindsey Graham and Barbara Mikulski speak against Rand's amendment:

I lost count of how many

I lost count of how many times Graham lied through out that opposition and Mikulski didn't even understand what the amendment was proposing because Rand clearly stated this was for 2013 only.
