Obamacare contains twenty new or higher taxes. Five of the taxes hit for the first time on January 1. In total, Americans face a net $1 trillion tax hike for the years 2013-2022, according to the Congressional Budget Office.

So it is true enough that taxes are going up, but it is too bad that ATR is all caught up in that left-right paradigm crap.

When I go to that site, I get a popup that says, "The Huffington Post hates us, so we must be doing something right." I can't stand that kind of BS - marketing by way of division. I guess it works and all, but whatever. I'm sick of it.

Sometimes it seems like these organizations care more about stirring the pot, getting us all mad at each other than trying to solve any problems.

I'm sure Grover Norquist became a very rich man pushing his little petition. And in the end, what good has it done? No more tax and spend, but plenty of borrow and spend. Grover has been good for the Fed, we know that much.

Over 900 pages of legal gibberish and many more pages of regulation by the beaucrazy known as Health and Human Services...

Nothing good can come from a document like that, proper laws should be simple and straight to the point, like the constititution!

were written before and under Clinton administration. Youtube has a great short lecture in 90's by Ayn Rand's follower "Leonard Peikoff" addressing in details what would happen if it is implemented.
