I lived in 'Can for a few years and it was one of the best times of my life. It tends to be a conservative but open minded.
I would hesitate to call a small market affiliate, week end show, the MSM but get the reason OP called it MSM.
As bleak as tings are there are signs like this that do make me hopeful. just the difference of the avg person's state of mind from the 2008 to the 2012 campaigns was significant.
Good on these two journalists and the editor/producers of this show.

Has America's lack of knowing the truth actually slowed down the rate of economic decay in America? It seems like people were much more privy about the need to pinch every penny in the great depression. Could it be that if everybody knew the truth about the sad state of our economy that at this point it would hurl us quicker off the "cliff"?
Consumer confidence is perpetuated by ignorance to a degree. Though I applaud this news cast, I have to also remain weary and wonder if telling the truth would be allowed should it cause the right amount of panic...or to test the waters of public opinion.

It's funny to read your words. When I was unemployed during Bush 2, I pinched every penny. I rather found it strange that Bush was saying "sure we're at war wasting lots of money per bomb, but please keep spending!" (paraphrased, of course). I truly found it odd that our society would promote "spending" instead of, well, any other rational activity.
This particular consumer has very little confidence. And is spending, proportionately.

This needs to be shared with other talking heads, local and national media as an example of what real journalism looks like. If we had this type of integrity and truth in the media the country would be 100000% different right now.

I know there are a lot of comments about the poor questions the interviewer asked but I think it is indicitive of the sheeple. She was courageous in seeking real answers that will never be provided in Washington. Her guest was exceptional. Calm with an excellent delivery on all his points. Even acknowledging the feelings that most of us had as we discovered the truth and Ron Paul.

She may have been a bit fuddled in her interview, but sheesh, as she said, she hasn't got her head around, one of the most complex systems of fraud that has ever existed in the history of the world, quite yet, so I say she did a great job. Dale Fruit ( if that's how you spell it) did a very good job explaining things too.

I plan to email Dale Fruit at corporatelogic@me.com to say thank you for his help in spreading the word about fiat money. The only congressman he talks about in the entire clip is at 9:05 when he mentions that Dr. Paul had to break the news to another congresswoman that our currency is not backed by gold. Nicole did a great job of trying to help people understand the difference between debt and deficit.
