URGENT help Ron Paul Patriots get HOME! NOW!

***THIS IS AN URGENT MESSAGE***

Something semi-tragic has happened in the Ron Paul universe. A couple named Roxi and Jay Collinson are stranded out in Nevada. They drove all the way from Tulsa to New Hampshire three months ago to work with Operation Live Free or Die. They spend thousands of their own dollars to give up that amount of time for the campaign, and needless to say they are completely broke. I worked with them personally and they are GREAT people who have done MUCH for the RP campaign. After New Hampshire they drove to Las Vegas to continue their efforts. Now they are trying to get home to Tulsa, but they are completely out of money and stranded in the middle of nowhere until further notice. We NEED to help them get home. I asked her how we can send money and she said they will be able to access their PayPal account. If you could, send them any spare change you have. Please help these dedicated patriots get back home.

I applaud them sincerely for their efforts, but it seems the message might be lost with them, I mean - this reeks of all the corporate bailouts and the welfare state we are trying to get away from.

If they were low on money they should have gone from NH to their home instead of to Nevada.

Solution: They should sell their car or other assets they have and then go Greyhound.

I know If I was stranded in the middle of nowhere's I would have contacted either my family and/or some personal freinds to wire me some money for gas and food so I could get home. I wouldn't go to the net to have strangers pay for me.

Written about by Thomas Paine in the Nevada forum on ronpaulforums.com. He said they trashed a house, stuck his family with the deposit and left for Nevada. He warned everyone in Nevada to not trust these two because they just sucked money and didn't do anything for the campaign. Also, apparently they're Obama supporters.

From LV, NV to Tulsa, OK??? What are they driving, a C-130 or 747?

I'm not exactly sure of the distance from Las Vegas to Tulsa is, but I do know that I can get a round trip airline ticket to Israel for about $3600.

As much as I believe there salt of the earth people, we have millions of die hard supporters roaming the country, if we start a precedent of sending money to individual people we will open a giant can of worms. I just scanned there blog. At the bottom is a chip-in collecting $2917 for them right from the start, thats a red flag that these guys have no problem asking for money. I know kids that could go around the world twice on $2917 dollars and would never take dogs! Look into there blog, there documented travels look for the most part a fine vacation including a lobster, beer nice dinners and hanging out with the top guys in the movement. Now there at the end of there travels looking for us to pay what $200 for gas? The Granny warriors mad history handled 50 Grand and got a historic recount. Quite a difference. We don’t want a new group of RP supporters looking to us for permanent support. I grew up in So Cal beach zone, I have my fair share of couch surfing buddies so mabey im a bit cautious. It looks like these guys have no idea what hared core grass roots travel is,

I know a car with Ron Paul stickers all over it parked at a gas station would solicit more free gas then the pentagon could burn. Mabey not a cold six pack of Sam Adams, a bag of weed or a lobster dinner but I assure you youll get home. Sorry, but thats the way I see it.
