Now that a Democrat has been in office for a while Fox is all gung-ho about giving voice to this sort of thing.

What were they doing when the Patriot Act was passed?

Don't get me wrong, I like the Judge, but Fox giving his views air time now seems only to serve an agenda for them.

Everything Judge-Nap related should be front page material.

Who can better articulate the constitutional principles held by the liberty movement? The Judge is absolutely mandatory listening/watching.
