Perhaps this post might forward a letter of introduction & a line-of-credit. Perhaps a preprepared loan (please note: "preapproved" & "pre-approved" are flagged as misspelled; spellcheck includes "preprepared"). Perhaps bankers are "preprepared." When creating loans "out-of-thin-air" bankers seem to be ever "preprepared."
