Rand neeeds to stop talking about how this is going to hurt rich people, and start talking more about how tax increases just facilitate greater spending. He is NOT going to get people to sympathize with the 1%. And why doesn't he hit hard the need for deep Pentagon cuts?

KY has a law that he can't keep his Senate seat and run for president at the same time.
So they have to change the law.
Or else Rand will have to choose to keep his seat or run for president.

... but if enough of us show our support he will choose the office of president before his senate seat. The good news is I think Marco Rubio (who faces the same choice) would rather stay in his senate seat because he knows he will have some stiff competition among neo-cons if Jindal or Hayley run whereas Rand Paul is sure to get most of our support and also the newly won over true conservatives.
