Where to Buy Viable Hemp Seed online?

I've been wanting to buy viable hemp seed online but it sure is hard to find. No I'm not talking about marijuana, hemp is not marijuana.

Any suggestions?

When they say viable hemp seed I think they mean living and plant-able not sterilized. All hemp seed in this country is sterilized before entering. Unless you are in Washington State it is highly illegal and just as illegal as cannabis seeds, btw. So I don't think you will find any viable hemp seed online.
