Justin Amash Needs A Rothbardian Refresher Course

Now, to start the new year.....one of Amash's first tweets indicate a continuation of the slide down crap mountain:

I agree with that. “@jhm65: @repjustinamashWhat we want is fair taxation and help for the vulnerable.” — Justin Amash (@repjustinamash) January 1, 2013

Reality check...

History 101 lesson:

1) Ron Paul was never an anarcho. He is an Old Right conservative.
2) Anarchos, never being more than 10-15% or so of libertarians, have always always been a tiny minority/sect
3) Rothbard started out Old Right.
4) Throughout Rothbard's career he encouraged political alliance with the Old Right.
5) Rothbard veered back to the Old Right during his last years
6) Rothbard FOUNDED the Robert Taft Club (Taft was the hero of the Old Right)
7) The word "libertarian" was already in political usage PRIOR to the advent of Rothbard and ancapism.

Why should a website dedicated to an Old Right libertarian conservative make any appeals at all to the spokesman for a tiny minority sect of those who call themselves "libertarian"?

~wobbles but doesn't fall down~

Rothbard, who endorsed George

Rothbard, who endorsed George Bush, wanted unfair taxation that attacked the vulnerable.

Thomas Jefferson 1800, 1804; James Madison 1808, 1812; Rand Paul 2016, 2020.

When will you people stop giving this charade your attention and thereby contribute to it's legitimacy?

The political system is designed for one purpose and one purpose only, to enslave you and it doesn't matter if you have Ron Paul or anyone else as president, congressman, senator or whatever else job tittle they'd invent.

It's an involuntary violent organization and can't ever give you what you really want - your freedom. Only you can yourself with your bare hands with the help of like minded people can do that, and it will probably take some bullets and blood.

So stop participating, stop giving them your attention, stop voting and focus on what really matters: you and the people you can reach with the right ideas.
