Throat pains and best tonsils treatment

What you will use to cure or maintain throat and respiratory system health?

Propolis is recommended internally. Menthol oil externally. Salty water gargling.

Hysop with Thyme and Origanum with Echinacea tea infusion and ingestion.

had an itchy throat and thought I'd just try a vinagar mist, wow, gone on contact!

Then a friend recommended to me making a tea out of: marshmellow root, licorice root, cinnamon & ginger.

Both seem to be excellent.

I use salt water to gargle as soon as I feel it coming on and do it once every waking hour for several days. I also take 3-760mg tablets of echinacea whole herb 3 times a day for 3-4 days and I have not been to a doctor in 6 years. It works for throat, ear and sinus infections also.

I have never grown it, I get mine from Wally world. You need to start taking it as soon as you feel the very beginning of getting sick or it won't do much good if you are full blown sick. On another note, today was my 5 year birthday of being a member here on DP. Happy birthday to me !!!!!
