NATO will have to get involved

If Argentina attacks the Falkland Islands in an attempt to take it that would be war against a NATO member.

The USA and all NATO members would be obligated to defend English territory.

No, only between Europe and USA.
The Falkland Islands are a territory of England.
If a NATO member is attacked the other NATO members are bound by the treaty to help.
That is why after the 9/11/2001 NATO is fighting in fighting over in Afghanistan to support the USA who was attacked. It is also why NATO supplied AWACS aircraft to patrol along the USA after 9/11/2001 for a few months.

After cutting through the crap..
