I miss Ron Paul's 'Straight Talk' so much.

Sad day...

Official congressional web site for Representative Ron Paul (TX-14)
https://forms.house.gov/paul/webforms/issue_subscribe.html
was shut down.
You can't even read past articles.

Today Ron Paul was supposed to be coming out with a new weekly 'Straight Talk' and there is nothing.

One can still access past 'Straight Talk' YouTube videos on this channel:
http://www.youtube.com/user/minnesotachris

What if we ask Dr. Ron Paul to continue his weekly messages?
They educated so many people.
They were a vital part of making the Liberty Movement growing strong.

When did you endorse GJ?
July 5th 2012.

scroll 2/3 way down.

Here's Carol's response:

Cynthia: It was supposed to be all set to go - you called the same number and you would get "straight talk" Everyone assured Ron it would work -- and it didn't.. He is working to get it going ASAP. Thanks for asking. Carol

First time since 1976 that it was not on ---he just told me he thinks it will be on tomorrow....

I just...

Thanks for the link!

Glad to see a written text is at least available now.

C4L is investigating

My contact at Campaign for Liberty is also under the impression that Dr. Paul would like to continue with the Texas Straight Talks, so he is looking into re-activating the number. I suspect at the very least they will offer written texts, but I am hopeful the phone version will be back soon as well.

Thank you so much Chris!!!

Thank you so Very Very much for this update.

I crave to see the next one from your awesome YouTube channel.

I was sure this part of Ron Paul's activism would continue

Thanks for your comments here.

It just makes no sense at all to stop weekly 'Straight Talk'

Was he asked to stop it?
???

Thanks for the link to archived messages.

Yes, perhaps someone can write a letter we can all sign requesting of Ron Paul to continue with a weekly message that comments on current events, or delves into some aspect of the myriad issues & values he's stood for, or simply discusses whatever is on his mind.

I once worked for an international corporation whose CEO would have a one-page memo on everyone's desk when we arrived for work Monday morning - every person who worked in any capacity for that company, worldwide - titled "To the Organization." Anecdotal in nature, looking at life through the lens of our industry, there was always something enlightening he had to share. Everyone looked forward to reading it. I'd love for Ron Paul to do the same. It would also provide something tangible re liberty issues that we could forward to family & friends - and now, with the election over, without that being part of any agenda on our part, just strictly for information purposes.

When we try to pick out anything by itself, we find it hitched to everything else in the Universe.

Thank you so much

Great idea great points.
Thank you!

How about a petition from us?
Asking the good doc to continue those wisdom filled messages?

Ron Paul (in my personal opinion) should continue to issue those messages at least up until his son Rand is elected president in 2016... and perhaps beyond that year.

I am almost sure he said last

I am almost sure he said last week that entries would continue to be posted. He actually said "everyday" but, I just assumed he meant every Monday as usual and simply misspoke.
Did anyone else hear that?

Sorry Tom

I don't know what to say. The technology/software issues are beyond me and my abilities to solve. Jon has looked into it, and he can't find anything either. I'm sorry that it doesn't work.

It is time for all of us to step up and fill that void

Remember what Ron Paul said - he was just the messenger. We're all messengers as well.

That is true, overall, but in this specific, he did say he'd kee

keep doing them. And he did when he was out of Congress before.

This is a sad day.

I stayed up until 2am looking for this on youtube, hoping that Straight Talk would somehow still be continuing. Yup. it's sad. You tried also, I see.

Steve

I was searching and searching and hoping it will come... so disappointed.

So depressing...

Thanks for a bump my friend.
