Ya it was annoying for a while

but he won me over

If only more people would call it like it is like Alex did these Tyrants wouldn't be winning the war of idea's. This is exactly how they should be debated. They have an agenda and all the smooth talking and PC discussion in the world will not stop them from that agenda...Going on the air and ramming as much down the media pundits and their viewers throats as possible before they cut you off is how it should work... They wont even acknowledge real statistics...Uh forget those facts and just answer my 'little' question

"If ever time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin."
Samuel Adams

Piers couldn't be happier

I can't imagine that going any better for Piers Morgan. Notice a trend for anti-gun members of the MSM? Bring in people who are actually counterproductive to their cause.

"The worst thing that can happen to a good cause is, not to be skillfully attacked, but to be ineptly defended.” ― Frédéric Bastiat

if it went so well, why was

if it went so well, why was his producer crying?

“Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it’s realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy.”
― Ron Paul

What, in less than 24 hours, CNN talks about moving his time

slot to the "late night" hours of doom to finish his contract.

He got called to the SPECTRE office and Blofeld sicked his cat on him for failure, total failure.

You are correct sbar07

Lord Acton, Lord Chief Justice of England, 1875 - "The issue which has swept down the centuries and which will have to be fought sooner or later is the People v. The Banks."

Seriously? Ummm, did you

Seriously? Ummm, did you actually watch the video? Piers didn't look too chipper at the end of his interview.

If he was happy, then why didn't he seem so happy? He looked miserable, as if somebody just berated him on national television.

If Piers, "couldn't be happier," his visage would have shown so.

But it didn't.

Never be afraid to ask simple questions.

if only jones said

"I'm from the internet"

Liberty: Too big to fail

Piers got taken to the woodshed.

Oh my, Alex Jones may as well have been the Alabama Crimson Tide, and Piers Morgan played the part of Notre Dame.

Sorry CNN, no Touchdown Jesus for you.

Piers Morgan's facial expression at the end was a picture worth painting. "Defeated." He looked like a defeated man, because Alex Jones ate his lunch and went off in a way that was downright refreshing to see and hear on CNN.

Alex is loud and proud to speak the truth, and I love him for it!

We should ALL be shouting from the rooftops by now for crying out loud, and Alex Jones just did it...thank God.

Please don't be offended by Alex flashing his ginormous brass cajones on national television.

Somebody had to do it.

Never be afraid to ask simple questions.

I dislike Alex Jones

I dislike Alex Jones sometimes and this is one of those times. He just shouts at Morgan without trying to reason with him (although fun) it doesn't sell his argument very well to the general public.

All he had to do to win was explain (without excessive shouting in desperation) that when there are a lot of guns in circulation the worst thing you can do is illegalize it since it only removes guns from people that abide by the law and not the criminals. It would have crushed Piers argument, also when its illegal wouldn't you if you were a thug feel as if it is safer to commit crime when you are probably the only one with a gun (exception for police but you can easily spot those).

Gun control is stupid to put up in a country with that many guns in circulation.

Anyone saying "Alex was too outrageous..." is out of context

So if you have never watched how hosts like Piers and O'reilly just shout down their guests and script the interviews to the point that "debate" is never achieved. So Alex jumps right in and spoils the fake wrestling show...

good job

articulating in three lines what takes me 20. well put.

Alex Jones in a nutshell

And Hollywood and the stock markets are owned by the Arabs.
And Bill Cooper is just some unworthy dead guy who kept cussing on my radio show.
And Israel did not carry out 9/11.
I'll never say anything about Molly Maroney.
And Kevin Trudeau is the 'true' American Dream.
I can't talk about Zionism, so I have to bring up ghosts like Illuminati/NWO/Globalists.
The only threat from Obama is a massive staged terror attack, but because of 9/11 Truth exposing government-sponsored terrorism, he may not be able to carry it out.
I'm the first to expose 9/11!!!!!

That's pretty much Alex Jones in a nutshell.

go home redcoat

seriously go home, but alex is right , he cant or he might fall into court like good ol boy rupert murdoch

"He's this eccentric Ghandi-Like figure that you cant touch with the normal bribes that people respond to."

Actually, the more you watch

Actually, the more you watch the interview, the less crazy Jones appears. If this interview is getting enough publicity people are probably watching multiple times. I have friends on FB who are talking about it - they are mostly left-leaning who say he is insane. But If I ask them exactly what points they disagree with him on, they can't really say much other than "he acts crazy."

Alex Jones should do the civil thing and invite Piers Morgan to

appear on his show. Hell, invite Bill O'Reilly and Shawn Hannity while he's at it.

The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.
Friedrich Nietzsche

I love it!

Thats the way those elitist scabs should be treated. I dont care about AJ's stylistic flaws or excitability, I love him and he had Piers under his boot.

Way to go!

Gold. Guns. Girls.

I love AJ...

...but find him most persuasive when he dials back the volume and paces himself.

His mistake was to agree to enter an arena that he knows is rigged. He knew that they could pull the plug at any moment, and probably would given his responses. That, in turn, impelled him to take a shotgun blast approach just to get as much info out as possible before they did pull the plug, which made him appear manic and unhinged to the uninitiated.

I could have done without the mocking British accent at the end, but I also know that there is a significant portion of our countrymen who are more responsive to WWF-style antics than sober, intellectual exchange. That is the reality of our popular culture. As such, Alex's visceral reactions and "Larry the Cable Guy" (as one poster likened him to) antics might actually reach more of our fellow citizens with the message of liberty than the measured and polite exchanges favored by those of us who are more cerebral.

One thing about AJ's performance -- it put the effete East Coast elites on notice that there are regions of this country that consider their assault on the 2nd Amendment to be a virtual declaration of war against our Constitutional Republic. At least now they can't say that they had not been warned, and it might back them away from the precipice of inadvertently setting off a second civil war.

My opinion! My honest opinion. I'm a Alex Jones supporter but he blew it!!! WE NEED BEN SWANN To be OUR PRESENTER!!!!!

Alex did a great job

Alex had access to a mass media amplifier and he yelled into it and He reached an audience 100 times the size he would have if he went on Piers Morgan and just debated Dershowitz. Now every news outlet is writing a story about it. Besides it would be lame to hear Alex Jones debate, he might lose and then what good would it be? I kinda like Piers Morgan too and I think it was good for his ratings.

We don't need leaders..

We need teachers.

Be one if you can.

I try to change people every day. Do You?

Alex knew he was in for a potentially career effecting ambush and yet he showed anyway. This is yet another example that I can look back on of courage sprouting from vulnerability. Here's a Ted Talk that made me realize who and why I am here.

Hope you enjoy.

"I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove."

I just got the courage to watch the whole thing again.

My first response was OMG what did he just do? Thought the whole thing might be staged but after watching again it appears AJ started out pretty clam and collective then some switch got turned on. I now believe that Alex was really fired up and truly angry. Also watched Piers expression (looking like he was a bit shaken) I don't think he saw it coming.

Did i read on another post that Ron is going on AJ's tomorrow?

Doesn't seem to me that RP is a bit concerned about associating with Alex. Should be interesting.

listened to his show today , he was probably responding to the people in that news stage that were coming out of the woodworks as the interview progressed , he said there was like 5 to 10 when it started and by the end of it 30 to 40 people had come out and were telling peirs to cut him off

that was the switch that was turned on , alex knew his time was about to be cut off and went into full throttle mode !!

1776 will commence again, if you try to take our firearms!

Have watched the video multiple times and that quote gave me goosebumps every time.
I love it!

Give me liberty or give me death!

Man they really fell into

Man they really fell into alex's trap by letting him appear in studio. Alex got exactly what he wanted, more publicity then he could ever imagine and now the message is going to be 100x more viral. This was great, and there was absolutely no reason for alex to respect peirs. He is a British subject campaigning to subvert the constitution in america.

Alex was in control of the interview and now piers loses. Because nobody is going to watch the rest of the episode on youtube where they demonize him, they are going to watch only the shorter alex part. This was a really good thing IMO. we've got nothing to lose and he did a good job sticking it to the man. There is no debating manipulators this was justice served, screw debate you gotta get in there and STICK IT TO EM. he was harmless and using only his voice and facts. WIN

Alex is now on the front page of CNN and many other places
As well as top of drudge.

Also alex set the precedent that THAT is how you defend the second amendment instead of appeasing like a bunch of cowards. TOGETHER TO THE TOP!

Piers had no defence

The only defense he had against A.J. was to bring up 9/11 and try to make A.J. less credible to the sheeple who believe the offical 9/11 report.

"Give me liberty or give me death" Patrick Henry

I'm no fan of Alex Jones, but...

...sometimes you have to shout to get people's attention. I personally much prefer Ron Paul's calm presentation but who's to say that both don't work on different groups of people? I've been critical of people like Alex in the past but he got a lot of information out there that people watching will wonder about. They may assume he's crazy but if they go to the internet to search about it then that's a victory. The first step is often being willing to ask questions, no matter how crazy they seem.

"It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds."-Samuel Adams

He's mad as hell, so what's wrong with that

i wish he had just answered the simple questions straightforwardly, but i'm sure he knew from experience where that would have led.

as easy as it is to criticize him, there will be people woken up as a result of this appearance, so good going AJ!

and man i wish we could see that boxing bout AJ vs PM!

Congratulations AJ

You made yourself look like the biggest idiot on stage with Piers Morgan sitting next to you!! I think this is the first time ever Piers Morgan looked more professional and intelligent than his guest even though everything Piers said was wrong!

At least AJ didn't mention Ron Paul.
