Bloomberg's 'Stop and Frisk' ruled unconstitutional in the Bronx

Good news - the scariest part of it all

is written right there in the article:

The evidence in this case, she found, “strengthens the conclusion that the N.Y.P.D.’s inaccurate training has taught officers the following lesson: Stop and question first, develop reasonable suspicion later.”

I don't think the NYPD are the only ones getting "inaccurate training" - I think it's going on all over the country.
