Amnesty/Immigration bother you much?

Download and listen to the January 7th program on Amnesty on the front burner at the White House....

Do you know about Obama's amnesty decree? Do you know what the Marco Rubio trick is? Do you know how they plan to lift the penalities against illegals, then tell them they can stay but
not vote after they run to an Ellis Island centers across the border for a few hours to get their paperwork, and then as 2nd class citizens they'll complain for equal protection under the law, and they'll win and become an enourmous voting bloc to be reckoned with??

Tons of information on this one hour program!! PLEASE LISTEN AND COMMENT, it's so telling of how quickly Obama is moving forward....
did you know local governments and DHS has been instructed not to notify the media of the actual crime statistics/events by criminals who are illegals?

Wow!!! (and don't forget...listen DAILY at 2pm and call in gang....we can influence and inform through this talk radio program!!!

William Gheen is President and National Director of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC. They are involved in leading the fight against illegal immigration and Amnesty in America, to secure our borders, to enforce our existing immigrations laws, to restore the rule of law and to restore the American Republic. William believes that America has an immigration enforcement credibility problem, a problem that people in Mexico and around the world are exploiting. Americans for Legal Immigration PAC has been fighting for 8 years to stop this.

No, amnesty/immigration doesn't bother me at all.

I, personally, believe that those scary "things" on the other side of the line that appear to be human beings ACTUALLY ARE HUMANS!!!

I also believe that there must be a victim, one who has been subjected to the physical abuse of his person or property, before their is a crime.

But, MOST IMPORTANTLY, I believe that Liberty is, indeed, an unalienable human right, and that my gov't is supposed to recognize this right, and that my gov't is not supposed to make ANY law restricting this right, and any law that my gov't does pass to restrict this right can LEGALLY be ignored. There is no such thing as an "illegal" alien, because my gov't was never supposed to make crossing the invisible line a crime.

...And I believe that my stance is COMPLETELY LEGAL. This is what the LAW says:

"Personal liberty, or the Right to enjoyment of life and liberty, is one of the fundamental or natural Rights, which has been protected by its inclusion as a guarantee in the various constitutions, which is not derived from, or dependent on, the U.S. Constitution, which may not be submitted to a vote and may not depend on the outcome of an election. It is one of the most sacred and valuable Rights, as sacred as the Right to private property...and is regarded as inalienable." 16 C.J.S., Constitutional Law, Sect.202, p.987.

"Personal liberty largely consists of the Right of locomotion -- to go where and when one pleases -- only so far restrained as the Rights of others may make it necessary for the welfare of all other citizens. The Right of the Citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, by horsedrawn carriage, wagon, or automobile, is not a mere privilege which may be permitted or prohibited at will, but the common Right which he has under his Right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Under this Constitutional guarantee one may, therefore, under normal conditions, travel at his inclination along the public highways or in public places, and while conducting himself in an orderly and decent manner, neither interfering with nor disturbing another's Rights, he will be protected, not only in his person, but in his safe conduct." II Am.Jur. (1st) Constitutional Law, Sect.329, p.1135.

"Personal liberty -- consists of the power of locomotion, of changing situations, of removing one's person to whatever place one's inclination may direct, without imprisonment or restraint unless by due process of law." 1 Blackstone's Commentary 134; Hare, Constitution__.777; Bovier's Law Dictionary, 1914 ed., Black's Law Dictionary, 5th ed.

"Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them." Miranda vs. Arizona, 384 US 436, 491.

"The claim and exercise of a constitutional Right cannot be converted into a crime." Miller vs. U.S., 230 F. 486, 489.

"There can be no sanction or penalty imposed upon one because of this exercise of constitutional Rights." Snerer vs. Cullen, 481 F. 946.

"I do not add 'within the limits of the law,' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the right of an individual."

People, people, people

if any of you are still on the fence(no pun intended) about Obama and the ruling elite wanting to bring the US down, just learn your history.

Rome fell due to a porous border river seperating the pax Romana from the barbarians. Every year some barbarians would cross the Rhine looking for a better way of life. They WANTED the pax Romana - they obsorbed the culture, the life. They joined the legions, they became productive citizens. Their children would be true Romans - part of the greatest society ever. These are legal immigrants in our times.
But the barbarian horde grew larger and larger on the other side of the river until one day in the early 5th century they crossed the frozen Rhine and started ravaging. These people did not want pax Romana - they wanted to still be barbarians. These are the illegal aliens today. They do not want the culture, they do not want to be Roman - they want to be barbarians in a place fresh for the ravaging.

The similarities between the Roman Empire in the late 4th and early 5th centuries to our current life is scary.

...for a new day...
