The Power Elite are not stupid. The worst thing they could do is kill Alex Jones. Killing him will make him a martyr and validate all the "Extreme Conspiracy Views" he has. More realistically they could threaten the people close to him or just continue to belittle him.
I am not a fan of Alex Jones for how dramatic he is but I think he did what had to be done on the Piers Morgan show. The dialogue is so scripted and put together sometimes you need someone to come along and shake things up. A lot of Americans are really pissed off by the proposed gun grab and in a way people can empathize with Alex's rant even it looked extreme.

MOST important part of this video? They used the term
"semi-auto" and NOT "assault" weapon. They are prepping the public for a complete ban of semi-autos. This shift is crucial to recognize. Watch the video again and notice the language change.

I posted this before, but will repeat. History channel show on the civil war talked about the rifles: .52 caliber musket could be fired 12 times a minute by an average soldier. That is a rifle that doesn't even have a cartridge - that is load power, load projectile, fire, repeat. Adam Lanza would have still got 20 kids with that rifle given the 10-20 minute response time.
I say take my .223 - just give me that .52 cal monster in return. LOL- yeh - your body armor may stop the bullet - but the impact is going to kill you from mass trauma anyways - and if you invade my home - instead of a little firecracker pop - you are going to get a a concussion from the muzzle blast - even if I miss - you still wont get up- LOL

I think Jones is sincere and believes what he is saying. His body language during the interview didn't seem like the result of a good job of acting or role playing. He seemed genuinely unaware of his own foot tapping and hand motions going on beneath the table - unlike the conscious body control and poise of an actor playing a part for an audience.

gun discrimination
Everybody is pro-gun.
Liberals and gun-controllers are pro-gun, except that the believe in gun discrimination.
They want to discriminate against certain groups of people having guns (citizens), and want another group (government) to have them.
Libertarians are also pro-gun, except that they discriminate against people who obtain their guns through theft, such as government employees using stolen money (taxes) in order to purchase guns.
