"...That this state having by its Convention, which ratified the federal Constitution, expressly declared, that "AMONG OTHER ESSENTIAL RIGHTS", "the Liberty of Conscience and of the Press "CANNOT BE CANCELED", abridged, restrained, OR MODIFIED by "ANY AUTHORITY" of the "United States" (federal government),"

The absence of mention of executive orders in the Constitution is precisely why they ought to be diminished in their consideration of what IS Constitutionally at stake, or NOT!

The legislative branch; which holds the greatest number of elected offices per electorate is the greatest holder of the public's trust.

ANY attempt to trump that protocol by imposing the divine right of kings over our Constitutionally-limited presidency IS an attack on our Constitution by enemies both foreign AND domestic, right?

I thought the guy did an excellent job of clearly and convincigly communicating his points. Figured his style would be appreciated here. I'm glad to see that that is the case.
