Ron Paul begins college tour January 15 at Washington and Lee University

in part:

"Former 12-term U.S. Congressman and three-time presidential candidate Ron Paul will deliver the first speech of his 2013 College Tour on Tuesday, Jan. 15, at 7 p.m. in Lee Chapel at Washington and Lee University.

The event is free and open to the public. Seating is limited and doors open at 6 p.m. The talk is sponsored by Contact Committee, the Washington and Lee politics department and the Washington and Lee College Republicans.

Paul, who retired this year after serving as the U.S. Representative for Texas's 14th congressional district from 1997 to 2013, enjoys a national reputation as a premier advocate for liberty in politics today. Paul is the leading spokesman for limited constitutional government, low taxes, free markets and a return to sound monetary policies based on commodity-backed currency."

Hmm, that's only a 500 seat

Hmm, that's only a 500 seat room. But I suppose he knows it's going to be all over youtube and get more views.

I hope he has to move it up to a bigger one

but I don't know how big the college is and it looks like you have to sign up at that table, not on event brite, so that is limiting, and will likely only pull students.

Integrity means having to say things that people don't want to hear & especially to say things that the regime doesnt want to hear -RonPaul

Ron Paul is more dangerous to

Ron Paul is more dangerous to the establishment as a traveling public speaker, than as a Congressman. Paul never really played the political game to begin with, but it will be interesting to hear his speeches as he travels across the country. I think the speeches we're going to hear will be even better and more eye-opening. I would also look forward to hearing more about what goes on behind Congressional doors.

totally agree on his upcoming

totally agree on his upcoming impact, but its because of his consistent, ideological record within the system, battling the statists for decades, that gives him his credibility to work outside the establishment. This link is key in that it helps pull people out of the matrix and awaken them to Liberty because he has walked the walk and never wavered. People within the system struggling to make sense of the ideologically inconsistent Ds and Rs can trust Ron Paul. He is the bridge from the paradigm within, to that outside of the establishment.

Great comment!

Great comment!

Future speaking locations?

Anyone know where I can find future locations and times that he will be speaking? If he is coming near the Pennsylvania area, I would like to go see him speak at least once.

Awesome. He is starting it at a very historical venue. Lee university was named after one of this countries greatest statesman and champion of states rights who believed in the constitution.

I was wondering when and where he would start. I watched young people flock to Obama in 2008, but the enthusiasm of the young people that flocked towards Ron Paul in 2012 can not be measured. The young Ron Paul supporters are serious and they mean business, and hopefully he will get more on board. There is nothing more moving than hearing this man speak.
