I was banned because

Hello my fellow DP'ers I wish to inform you that I was just recently banned from using my account to write comments on one of my city's news papers websites. Why I was banned you might ask? Well same here! I was never sent an email regarding my banning or any other form of information regarding it. I do however believe that it was because I wrote a comment regarding the yearly profit of the biggest private bank in Canada, RBC. My comment mentioned the fact how they feed us with debt based money they can create out of thin air. You will not find my comment anymore however, it says "Member was banned by our staff" in the section where I put the comment! THOSE BASTARDS!

Anyways just felt like letting that of me chest.

I was banned from Mediaite sometime back. I think they ban the IP address and/ or FB name. I wasn't towing the left/right line. Before you know it I couldn't comment anymore.

upsetting. It's happened to me too with my hometown paper, the Sacramento Bee. I had an editorial published, commented politely on a few threads, and then *poof.*
