Crazy bad news out of Alaska I never heard

Alaska militiaman and former Ron Paul campaign worker sentenced to 26 years for murder plot

Schaeffer Cox, 28, was arrested in March 2011 after authorities learned he planned to dodge a court hearing and go underground, protected by several fellow militia members who’d stockpiled weapons. The group allegedly hatched a plan to kidnap and kill police, judges and other officials they believed were a threat to the republic.

first i'm posting it because we should be aware of it,I've never heard about this incident, this sucks for our image

i see a few links from 2010---but never remmeber seeing this, was it a setup from the links here??? maybe, seems they maybe trumped up charges when he threatened over taking his kids, funny this never got mentioned over at raw story

however,,,, read the comments,,,, i was actually surprised by some of the comments,,,, seperating the candidate from the supporter,,,usually and most still are, seething with rabid hatred,,, and to me ,stupid ridiculous arguments ,,, while blinded by their obama love,,,,, but still why use dr paul's image,,,, i'm sure they could of used a mugshot that was available----- bias---agenda at it's best by leftie sites

and i posted it because one comment says ---oh how come this isn't posted on a the site that posts every mention, appearance, reference of ron paul....

well it is,,,, we take all truth ,,, good and bad and learn from it

Schaeffer was completely set

Schaeffer was completely set up and railroaded. He is a brilliant, outspoken lover of liberty and it was his enthusiastic following which they were trying to squelch from the beginning. He ran for state Senate in AK and took 37% of the vote. He was the founder of the Second Amendment Task Force, a gun rights group, which had hundreds of members. His militia's motto was "Defend All, Aggress None" . . . his downfall? He was a charismatic speaker with brilliant original ideas on how to peacefully bring our country back to the common law Republic our Founders intended, and people listened.

This speech he gave in MT was reported by some statist busybody as advocating an overthrow of the Govt which is what set the FBI and the ADL to violate his rights and track him, record him, in order to frame him, all without a warrant or just cause.

After this speech, he was told by the FBI that they would kill him if needed, and his family too. He was facing another Ruby Ridge style attack and began to speak in his own home on how he'd defend himself. His house was bugged and that's what they used against him in court.

Schaeffer is in prison to ruin his credibility and to silence him. He is one of our own and a political prisoner.

Shaeffer Cox at the continental congress:

I was following his case. Apparently there was some FBI informant who was facing charges for fraud... FBI dropped the charges in return for bringing up the idea of killing cops in a private meeting. The topic was discussed very briefly and then decided against.

Shaeffer was railroaded completely based on that audio recording.

I've attempted to contact the guy who interviewed him on that video It looks like he had some personal contact with Shaeffer...

In this vid he says he was elected as a "consultant to the convention"

...that Shaeffer was running - then he was run out of the building and nobody would even put anything in writting as to why they booted an elected consultant out of the convention without the consent of any of the delegates. He did a lot of investigation on the event.

Later looks like he was effectively silenced. Last activity on his channel looks like a year ago. MIA? Looks like the cops tried to arrest him without a warrant here... smashed out his window then things got crazy:

Pre-crime!

He got preventive jail. His only crime was talk too much. They devised a plan called 241. If the government killed one of them. They would kill two. The state draped all charges against him but the Feds want to make him an example.
Schafer ia a good man and he and his family deserve our prayers and support.

STOP BELIEVING WHAT THE MEDIA TELLS YOU

THEY ABSOLUTELY DID NOT DEVISE ANY PLAN!!! Read my comment above.

My comment there

lasted about 90 seconds.
There was no foul language or threatening speech.

never mind

it's back

Guess they had to peruse it for 20 minutes

Ron Paul

would not endorse this man or his actions. If the charges were trumped up, I pray for that man and his family. If the charges are true, we can all say we don't advocate violence and neither does Dr. Paul.

Lima-1, out.

If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.

Mike Badnarik wrote a

Mike Badnarik wrote a response to Schaeffer's arrest and stood by him 100%, still does, as does Dan Gonzales, former Constitution Party candidate for President.

Schaeffer is a brilliant young man who had his life stolen for standing his ground against tyranny. There but for the grace of God go any one of us.

Blessings )o(

Ron Paul would most definitely endorse this man

if Ron was made privy to the truth about what happened.

If it was really that bad for anyone's "image"

We WOULD HAVE heard about it more. In my opinion, they kept it relatively quiet so that more Freedom Loving Citizens don't get the same idea: To go after Domestic Enemies.

They can't afford to have this kind of story to have an adverse effect if they fail to paint gun owners as a threat.

"We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience"—Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

I remember this guy

Schafer Cox was with Michael Badnarik as a delegate to the 2009 Continental Congress. It was a weekend long convention with patriots from every state and they held a congress much like was held in 1775. I watched all of it streaming on the internet at the time. It was highly interesting. I think there are still video's available to watch. I know Gary Franchi fillmed it and interviewed people the entire weekend. It was really great and I kinda wish it would happen again now that liberty is getting popular.

But about Schafer Cox. I remember him as a delegate from Alaska. He stood out and made himself heard. He was young and passionate but he didn't seem unbalanced. He seemed exceptionally smart and I remember he said he was home schooled. I didn't agree with all his views but I highly doubt he was out there trying to kill judges and police as the official story goes. He was definitely energetic though.

Very sad

deep sigh.

Saw it, was kinda pondering over it

Been loosely following the story. Schaeffer was truly a rising star there for a while. Check out his early talks on Youtube (at least they used to be up there) and see one of the most dynamic and charismatic young speakers the movement has come up with to date. So composed and even witty! Bouncy and fun! I used to think bygods, we have a younger version of Badnarik here!

And then these scrapes with the law and anger came into it. From afar it seemed I could perceive this one massive toilet bowl filling to the rim up in Alaska and then circling down.

Paranoid delusions and schizophrenia? Perhaps but the once statement "Well, I put myself here" is PURE Schaeffer Cox as far as I can tell. That sort of plain-talking responsibility taking is characteristic of the man that attracted so many of us to begin with.

What can we learn from this? TONS. Hopefully in a day or so it will crystallise in my mind and you get another long, boring Smudge post.

There is nothing strange about having a bar of soap in your right pocket, it's just what's happening.

What does this tell us?

"Schaeffer Cox, 28, was arrested in March 2011 after authorities learned he planned to dodge a court hearing and go underground, protected by several fellow militia members who’d stockpiled weapons."

See what happens when you form a group? Those who think they will organize any group/organized resistance to our apostate government will be the first one taken out. I doubt there is a single group or organization in this country that doesn't have at least one government informant as a member.

Quit with the collectivism

Bowels have movements, cuz their full of sh.t!

You look like a fool, However, with the hurt the movement crap.

He is a paranoid schizophrenic according to the psychiatrists.

He is a paranoid schizophrenic according to the psychiatrists. This means he is not criminally responsible for his words and actions in most jurisdictions.

He has committed no crime since all he has done is talk. The idea that one can be imprisoned for 26 years for thinking about doing something means that thought can be criminalised.

"Jesus answered them: 'Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin. The slave does not remain in the house forever; the son remains forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.'" (John 8:34-36)

The same psychiatrists that prescribe

SSRI's?

If we allow this to go unchecked

a majority of the commenters here can be imprisoned for the SAME EXACT THING and all the "evidence" is right there for the pickins. WE ARE ALL TERRORISTS NOW....

...get it? Until we learn how to fight these BS labels in a court without these BARFLIES serving us up on the chopping block... one after the other... we will continue to be subjugated... subverted and destroyed... one by one.

I think the only reason they haven't come for me yet is because they know I can handle myself in a court without a BARFLY to help railroad me by playing "good cop." I truly believe the NDAA was written for that purpose: People who know the law... all they gotta do is find a way to paint us as "violent" or some kind of "Jerry Kane" and POW - D-E-A-D ... "problem" solved. That's what they did to Shaeffer...

Jerry Kane really screwed us in the hind quarters... and it wasn't even him that started that... it was because he had been filling his kid's head up with all of this talk of "last straw" stuff and when his kid acted... Jerry obviously felt they had crossed the Rubicon.

So if you don't want to totally screw over the entire revolution by giving SPLC more cannon fodder... KEEP YOUR HEAD ... don't do something stupid like he did... watch what you tell your kids because they will ACT before thinking.

When I watched that 60 minutes special on "sovereign citizens" I was even scared of me!!! I have always talked of PEACEFUL RESOLUTION to our conflicts... I haven't even been in a physical fight in the last 20 years or so.

FYI AGAIN: I AM NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES A "SOVEREIGN CITIZEN"

This is so wrong

If they where to record ANY paranoid schizophrenic according to this they may as well lock them all up.
They all have paranoid thoughts running threw their minds and at times vocalize their thoughts which can be quite frightening if you don't understand the illness.

wonder what he said to them?

They labeled him paranoid schizophrenic. Was he? Or did he talk about the NWO, the Federal Reserve, and corrupt politicians and false flags? Would that have constituted and paranoid schizophrenic diagnosis?

just sayin

Why is it that the

Obama supporters in Chicago can murder each other right and left, but it never hurts Obama's image?

oh i laughed pretty hard at this.

This is more of the same we've been seeing. Attacking people for being in a militia and "oh look their kind of like doomsday preppers look they have supplies and guns and therefore since the tv told us must be bad people."

Hopefully we will not see anymore people doing things like he did.

Homeland security statement: patriotism is now considered terrorism.
I love www.isidewith.com shared it with everyone I know. If anything they realize its not just a red and blue idiot running for reelection.

This is an incredibly uneducated comment

coming from someone with a signature that says "patriotism is now considered terrorism" you just buy everything the corporate-controlled media sells you huh?

Oh Marge I can tell they are bad. Just listen to that music.

Doh!
