Instead you're all just looking around waiting for someone else to step up first. Then when it becomes "popular" you might consider falling in. Our real leaders are gone and you just let them sit there and rot in prison. Now instead supporting them... you bow down to FALSE GODS.

I suggest that DPers not flip the Bozo bit here. Vinceableworld has something more enlightened that his demeanor at first implies. I have done extensive challenging in the court and extensive analysis on this topic. I am not a attorney but I can show you 100s of cases of success and I can show you that mathematically the court is where our efforts should be focused. Courts is where each of us can literally shape law by using logic and reason to set precedent thereby interpreting law into the true form it already has laid inside of it.
Think about it...
Voting in politics you must convince 100s of millions of people running on 30 second sound bite logic.
Courts you need to convince 12 people that the facts as you understand are reasonable and true during hearings that could entail days of explanation and depth.
100s of millions supporting from 30 second sound bites you never get them to hear because the mainstream media are traitors selling us down the river and whereby the masses will never have their voice heard anyway because the voting is completely corrupted
OR
12 people on jury listening intently to every detail of your logic over hours of time.
Which of these two scenarios do you think has the highest probability of having tangible gains towards liberty preservation?
The answer is obvious!
You can also challenge jurisdiction of the court itself and use logic and reason to force the Judges try to explain their way out of a pit of lies thereby forcing them expose their own corruption on the record using logical traps of the socratic method that will result in them conflicting themselves. Come on people. We are about liberty. We seek Freedom. The Courts, the political parties, the heart and minds of our military. Our battle needs to cover ALL fronts at this point. Please dont flip the Bozo bit just because Vinceableworld is not very tactful or elegant. Think DEEPLY about the courts and I think you will realize our REAL power in the courts setting precedent and all you have to do is KNOW why you interpret the law the way you do. The enemy is using the courts against us and we need this battle line covered or we will let them set all precedent thereby interpreting law in a way that suits them. The courts are waiting for you to stand up and show them what REAL LAW is.
The most powerful Law of Nature is Time. It is finite and we all will run out of it. Use this Law to your advantage, for it offers you infinite possibilities...

Let me add to that... I've been talking with one of my skype friends about how you fill out two affidavits regarding a public servant that is in violation of his/her oath and you can have them removed from public service.
I forget the title exactly it's the treason one. You only need two affidavits... the code has been "modified" over the years but constitution man goes over it in the beginning of his recording. I need to get someone out to a big public library or even the library of congress.
The updated modification really sux but I think they just aren't publishing online the actual FULL code... this could be pretty huge. Imagine two people being able to yank a judge off a bench... clerk of court out of the clerk's office... cop who's questioned about his knowledge of the constitution while he's at the donut shop...

I'm not sure about the court battles that the author of the post is fighting but when we lose our guns its all over. I've talked to numerous conservatives who claim they will hide their guns when the feds come for them, as if that is a victory. If one man stands his ground and protects his property he will be labeled a terrorist and killed. It is not realistic that you will achieve anything but death by it. We need to band together and make it known that we will not stand for confiscation. Even if one out of ten people who claim they will make the stand actually do we could show our strength in our numbers. To fight the feds on your own isn't yellow. Its just not realistic.

if you think government can legally or lawfully take them away from you. Know who you are. Are you a government employee or are you one of the people?
