Are online polls good for the campaign?

Just a thought that crossed my mind. I am by no means a truther or conspiracy nut but I, like everyone here, recognize the real effort to prevent our man from getting the nomination. So my question is, could it be harmful to partake in some of these online polls? I mean, can this info be used against the campaign? I just voted on the AOL poll and after I voted of course, for you know who, it asked me were I lived. Even though they know exactly were you are when you vote anyway. If the poll shows that a high number of people come from Florida could the dark powers to be use that data to concentrate efforts there? When Fox or CNN do one of these polls were all over it. So why let the bad guys know were are numbers are the strongest.
