It's Official! NY Governor Signs Gun Ban, 7 Round Magazine Limit Bill Into Law, Goes Into Effect IMMEDIATELY

Its official. The Assembly and Senate passed it, and the governor has signed it, saying “common sense prevailed.” So if you own a magazine, ANY magazine, in the state of New York with a capacity over 7 rounds you are officially a criminal. Congratulations.

it didn't exclude them. I haven't looked to see if it's true or not but if so, people should be able to see that it was never about "assault" rifles.
