Even some neocons are opposed to gun control

It's an issue that Libertarians and neoconservative Republicans can find agreement on.

Got my blood..

boiling.

It is unreal how fucking stupid the left is. The comments look like a playground at a local daycare.

I'm not advocating violence.. but it would be nice to have a bat and a couple of liberals over for lunch.

'Peace is a powerful message.' Ron Paul

Thanks for the screen shot

Every time I click on a HP article my blood pressure goes up.

Ron Paul convert from the Heart of Dixie

Nullify Gun Legislation?

Yes we can!

Goes off! The man went bonkers! Insane! Jumping on furniture

and throwing things like Piers Morgan! I was so looking forward to Rand all red faced, neck veins distended, spitting fury...

But no, it's mild-mannered Rand again. Standing, as usual, about as tall as a parking meter and wrinkled as a glass table top.

The fun part here is part of the nation is beginning to get that we mean what we are talking about. The pansies at DHS have gotta be going nuts on this one.

excellent tongue-in-cheek praise. . . oh, was it t-in-c putdown?

anyhow, your tongue is definitely in your cheek, as usual, Smudge ;-) (btw, good to see you back!)

Those are the kinds of words I want to hear coming out of the

mouth of an elected official. I'll give him credit here.

Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution, inevitable.

Interesting

how the pic mentions "Lawless Sheriffs"(painting them to be outlaws), when in actuality, it is ONLY those sheriffs who uphold and defend the ultimate law of the land. Way to brainwash the sheep Huffpo. Correct wording should read "Lawless President with UNLAWFUL Executive Orders creates unlawful laws".

Nearly 9000 comments here is my 2 cents geared to the liberal Huff Post outlet...

"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

The second amendment quoted above is clear, punctuated by its closing independent clause.

Regardless of your personal feelings on this divisive subject, we all must decide if we want to live under the rule of law or the rule of men.

The United States Constitution is purposefully difficult to amend. As spelled out in Article V, the Constitution can be amended in one of two ways. First, amendment can take place by a vote of two-thirds of both the House of Representatives and the Senate followed by a ratification of three-fourths of the various state legislatures (ratification by thirty-eight states would be required to ratify an amendment today). This first method of amendment is the only one used to date. Second, the Constitution might be amended by a Convention called for this purpose by two-thirds of the state legislatures, if the Convention's proposed amendments are later ratified by three-fourths of the state legislatures.

Because any amendment can be blocked by a mere thirteen states withholding approval (in either of their two houses), amendments don't come easy.

This is the law of the land. Efforts to circumvent the US Constitution without following this process are in violation of the oath of office of each participant and could be construed as an act of treason by a reasonable jury.

The majority of the comments...

Terrific position on a critical issue for the Republic . . .

I've done my share of ranting against Rand. He's not a libertarian, but he sure gets my support on this one.
